Mann Roofing and Remodeling

Mann Roofing did a great job! They were there when they said they would be and called if they were running late. Reasonably priced, respectful of my property. I’ll definitely be calling them for future jobs.

If I could give Mann Construction 10 stars I would. After multiple calls for roof estimates and receiving ones from the ridiculous to the more ridiculous and many companies that didn't even bother to call back we found this company and thank goodness we did. We needed a complete tear off on our house and garage. Jeremy scheduled an appointment right away and was prompt, courteous and very professional. We were given an estimate that was very reasonable and also spelled out what extras there might be once they got down to the wood. On our scheduled day they showed up on time and went right to work. Watching this crew work was more than impressive, the way they worked and cleaned up showed what an incredible work ethic they have as well as respect for our property. Jeremy made sure to answer all our questions and even accommodated a few requests that we had while the roof was off. When he realized that we needed added materials they were immediately ordered and delivered. He advised us when he had to leave and made sure to let us know that another crew chief would be here if we needed anything. Jeremy was incredible and Adrian who took his place for a while was also a pleasure to work with. I would be remiss if I did not mention Meghan in the office who I had the pleasure of speaking with on a few occasions. I will recommend Mann Construction to everyone I know and will be asking them back to install the siding on our home when the time comes. It's raining, the roof is not leaking and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

These guys did a professional and quality job. I had five different companies come out for estimates. Out of all the estimators, Jeremy was the only one who believed me when I said the decking had deteriorated and actually went up there to see for himself (It was probably worse than we both had anticipated) The reps from the other companies acted like nothing was that bad up there or didn't go up there at all. Mann Roofing did an unbelievable amount of work in just two days. They're definitely not slackers. If you need a roof in the City, these guys are the ones to go with.
