Katelyn and David are wonderful to work with. My home is spotless. And with two dogs and a cat that is no easy feat. They are also very communicative should an issue arise. Excellent support.

Katelyn is amazing!! Accepts feedback and really strives to meet our changing needs. I love coming home to a thoughtfully cleaned house, huge load off as a single mom!! I highly recommend Katelyn and this company.

Edit: have to add how grateful I am for the whole experience with this company! David has been accommodating and communicative from the start and worked with me to find a plan that fit my budget. Katelyn seems to know exactly what to do to help me out clean to clean and leaves the sweetest finishing details throughout the apartment. I’m very glad I went for it and got myself their help, it’s made a huge difference in my life!

Basil came to clean one very dirty room in my apartment. He was very professional and went right to work. In a couple of hours my room was very well cleaned. I’m very please with this service and intend to use them again in the future.

I need knee replacement surgery and unable to clean my house right now. However Dave from We Clean Western NY reached out to me after searching the web. I didn’t get just one person but two for the same price , and Basil and Amirul were great. They were very respectful and did a Bang up job. Thank you Gentleman. And I don’t want to forget how Dave works with you on pricing which was appreciated. I didn’t know what to expect but I’ll tell you I’m so pleased with the results.

Paige did a wonderful job cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, Master Bedroom, living room, and dining room! Plus sweeping and vacuuming all the floors! Then she mopped the kitchen floor and it sparkles! I don’t think it’s ever been this clean! Thank you, Paige

David was very helpful in determining the service that I needed and the team delivered. The website description was very accurate and the service and response from David is commendable. The service was super easy to book with Dave who was very friendly and explained everything well. Katelyn came the day of our cleaning and was very nice and professional. She did a great job for our deep clean before our new baby comes.

Matt did a great job cleaning my whole entire house. It was spotless after! He did a great job cleaning my stove specifically. He cleaned off so much dirt and old grease off of it. It’s a great experience!

There was a lot of organizing/cleaning that needed to be done. Basil knew just what to do and how to do it. Very nice young man. Rose was an excellent go between. I am very pleased. 😊

Matthew did a superb job on our move out cleaning. He arrived on time and worked cheerfully and steadily. The house is spotless, ready for a new tenant. The gas meter reader said it was the cleanest empty house he'd ever been in and that it even smelled clean. I would absolutely hire these folks for any cleaning job. Schedules easy, as was payment.

Matt, the cleaner, did an amazing job. I did not expect the quality of work I received, for cleaning my entire house I recently purchased. I also did not realize how much he had to do for my house. It needed more cleaning than I realized when I bought the property. I was also pleased that the service was not much more than the estimate. I will certainly use them again for any other cleaning jobs I have in the future.

Matthew is phenomenal! I was so extremely overwhelmed and exhausted. I understand it probably sounds like I’m just trying to hype him up, but I’m not.He is genuinely great. I very rarely leave reviews, however I am so beyond happy with how great it looks.
From the second I met him, he was so friendly, respectful and diligent. I felt 100% comfortable as well. I’m sure anyone, especially parents, knows how important respect and feeling comfortable in your own home is. Especially with someone you haven’t met before.

to help me within a very small time frame and affordable! Worth every penny.
