So we had some insulation put into our attic bedroom and what a nightmare. Nothing had been covered and there was fiberglass everywhere. After trying to clean it up ourselves (unsuccessfully) we were desperate. I'm so grateful we found O'Banion's.They responded very quickly, fully understood how serious our issue was, and handled it like true professionals. They are our heros and I don't know what we would have done without them.

Hired them to remove some roofing debris left over from a full roof tear-off. Extremely satisfied from start to finish. This may seem like a little thing, but I was extremely impressed with the communication and punctuality. He returned my calls and texts promptly, and he was at the house 5 minutes early of the quoted start time.

Also, they hauled away the roofing debris which was VERY important. In Buffalo NY you can't put this stuff in the garbage, so that was a plus.

We have used Steve O’Banion’s services on many occasions at more than one location for various cleaning services ranging from maintenance cleaning to deep cleaning/sanitizing and carpet/upholstery cleaning since 2019. He and his team are always very professional and thorough and have a very strategic approach to the task at hand, whatever it might be.
Our routine was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic but we look forward to re-establishing a more frequent schedule with Mr O’Banion and his team again. We were happy to welcome them back recently and look forward to their next visit!

I just moved into a new house. Steven and Mike did a splendid job deep cleaning the carpets which were full of pet hair and dust. Also, the previous residents had used foam/rubber tape on the hardwood floors in one room, damaging the wood and leaving a ton of residue. Steven worked some kind of magic and left it like new. He was friendly, communicative, and prompt, and offered a great price. I'm delighted with the results and will hire Obanion Cleaning for any future cleaning needs.

From my very first meeting with Steve Obanion, the owner, I knew the service would be top shelf. He is professional, punctual, and thorough. His response time was within a 24 hour turnaround every time I had a question.

I am SO happy with my house! Literally every nook and cranny is sparkling clean --- from ceilings to floors, from back to front --- and everything smells so fresh. The list was extensive and there was so much to do. They completed everything in the time promised --- with absolute 5 star results! And the price is so reasonable!

Steve and his crew are halfway through a major cleanout/up at our house. Jason, Nicky, Cliff, and Grace have been at our place and all are effective and efficient. They do work in a few hours that would take us a month. Well worth the price.

Completely Unacceptable – Dirty Results, No Accountability, and Lost Money

I hired this company for a deep clean of my completely empty home of 10 years before putting it on the market. They required 40% of the payment upfront and promised the house would be immaculately cleaned—including floors, surfaces, inside appliances, and cabinets. What I got was a rushed, sloppy job that left the house worse than before.

The floors were sticky, streaky, and covered in hair and dirt, with chunks of debris left behind. It honestly looked like they cleaned my unfinished basement first and then used the same dirty water throughout the rest of the house. Countertops were not fully wiped down, cabinets were left dusty inside, and none of the appliances were touched.

I reached out afterward due to how poor the job was, but I’ve received no response and no refund of the 40% I paid upfront. They overpromised, underdelivered, and have taken no responsibility.

If you’re looking for a reliable, professional cleaning company—especially to prepare a home for sale—avoid this one completely. You’ll waste time, money, and end up cleaning after them yourself.
