Molly Maid were fantastic. They went above and beyond on my first cleaning job and even stayed an extra hour to finish the whole house without charging me. I have never seen my sink and fridge sparkle the way it did after their cleaning! I would definitely recommend.

Molly Maids crew came in and did a deep clean as well as scheduled weekly cleanings and we couldn't be happier! The girls were professional, polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Don’t hesitate in hiring Molly Maids of Amherst & Clarence. They are worth it. Another family member switched to Molly Maids earlier in 2021, and this week we had our first clean at our home. I’ve used another cleaning service before, and my experience there had led me to try Molly Maids instead. What an improvement! The Molly Maids team cleaned the house until it was actually gleaming. They were punctual, worked hard, wore masks the entire time and sanitized, so important these days. There is really no comparison in terms of the quality of their clean, the politeness of their staff, their very kind dispositions and how hard they work. Now that we’ve had the initial clean with Molly Maids, the time and cost will go down to a maintenance level. I’m very pleased.

Molly Maid’s cleaning work is superb, and the owner Judy is extremely professional at running her business and interacting with customers. Her attention to details is impressive. I have a rather big house including parts that have not be cleaned for years (such as a greasy cooking range hood). They spent extra time and made sure *everything* was cleaned. Note that they have a 24 hour guarantee— if you are not happy with some part, they will come back and clean it again. I didn’t have to use it, but I think it is a good insurance and incentive for a thorough job the first time. They also make it very easy to deal with the business. I feel that I can entrust the regular cleaning to Molly Maid with a peace of mind. I highly recommend it.

The team of Amy and Audrey did an outstanding job on our first cleaning. They were professional and very courteous. They cleaned everything we had asked for and more. We are very happy with our decision. The girls were also so great with our dogs! Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience with Judy the owner and her very professional team: had received a $350 gift certificate just prior to COVID and they allowed me to use it with no hassles even after several years having passed. They just honored it on principle and then did a great job cleaning my home as well. Business ethics are a rarity these days, it was a pleasant surprise to find one who still values customer service.

I can’t recommend Molly Maid enough! I’ve been lucky to have a wonderful team who not only is super efficient and does a great cleaning job, they’re loving and sweet to my pets and family. We love them, and my son (and pets!) look forward to their visits.

Molly Maid started my cleaning service quickly. The estimate appointment was scheduled for the day after I called and my first cleaning was the next day. I was extremely pleased with both the employees and the cleaning they did. They gave me a printed schedule for a full year which was very helpful. I highly recommend Molly Maids. Molly Maids was friendly and professional from my first call. They sent an experienced crew of three led by Krystal. They did a great job including some challenging areas. They were thorough and finished in a reasonable time and it was a last minute clean - very happy they were able to accommodate!

I recently moved into a place where no cleaning had been done prior to me moving in. I started to attempt to clean and gave up. I was referred to Molly Maid by a co worker and I must say, I am beyond satisfied with the two young ladies that cleaned my place for me. They were very thorough and actually went above and beyond what I was expecting. It was nice to walk into my kitchen and actually see the walls around my stove and the back splash white and sparkling. They were a nasty yellow color from the previous tenants. The bathrooms were immaculate. The place smelled very fresh and clean. They were very kind, friendly and professional. Even the initial young lady I spoke to on the phone to set up services was very pleasant and helpful. Judy was also wonderful. She got me in within a few days notice of needing her services and knew exactly what I needed. Highly recommend. Again, thank you to the two young ladies for doing a wonderful job!

Worst experience ever.
They scheduled the cleaning and were fully informed about all the details of the tasks. Three people showed up, and I personally walked them through everything inside and out. They told me they will start working now

But just 10 minutes later, I got a call from their manager saying the team had left because they saw bugs despite already being aware of the situation. The house had been professionally treated by Buffalo Estremators Pest Control Group. I gave them the tasks and left, not even driver 2 miles, and got the call.

The worst part? I returned to the house within 5 minutes of the call and found one of the fire alarms beeping—apparently triggered because someone from their team had vaped inside.

Be careful, everyone. Use a trusted service instead of a team that lies and dodges responsibility.

I have everything videod and took images and sent to the molly maid number. I couldnt attach the pictures, else I would have done it here as well.

Some spots still need improve. Really appreciate they took out the trash out of the basement. Fridge is cleaned very well.

Just had our initial clean done and it came out so well! The shower and kitchen sink look even cleaner than when we moved in (and our home was a new build). We were so impressed! The team that came was very nice and worked efficiently. Looking forward to having them continue helping out!!

Krystal and her team are so professional, great to work with, accommodating, and for sure left my house spotless. I definitely recommend Molly Maid and Krystal and her team.
