Horrible!!! I've signed up for this service twice during this season and didn't I have positive experiences but was charged for services that was never done! I was supposed to have someone here yesterday and then today it was confirmed that it was done and I was home all day yesterday and I still have grass that hasn't been cut and over a month. Then when I try to contact someone from customer service between their customer service hours of 8 to 7:00 Monday through Fridays and there's no one available to take my call. I would not recommend this service!

I hired Noah through Green's Landscaping way back in October 2025 and I paid him $1300.00 for the whole snowplowing season. Every time it snowed, I had to text or call him to show up, which was a total of 3 times... It snowed New Year's Eve night and no one ever showed up... not even the next day. I literally had to pay the neighborhood kid $60 to shovel me out that day, and it was then that I told Noah I was done with his service. That day I went out and hired someone else for the reminder of the season (who is great and shows up). I thought it was MORE than fair that I only asked for half of my money back since he was essentially getting $1,300 to sort of show up and plow a total of 3 times. He agreed to refund me half of what I paid in January and to date he only recently sent me $100 after months of back and forth. He kept promising to send a refund but never actually doing it for months on end. I am not that picky and don’t really want to drag a small business online, but this guy essentially took my money even though we had a signed contract, and barely did anything at all. At the end of the day I feel like he scammed me, especially because he wanted the money up front at the beginning of the season and then I STILL had to text him to show up and then he just stopped after 3 plows. That's $433 per plow I paid him, which is absolutely absurd. I would not use him at all, and I would especially not pay up front for anything before your service is delivered. You’ll spend all your time chasing him around either to show up or for a refund after terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

I can’t recommend this landscaping company enough! They completely transformed my yard and made it look absolutely amazing. The attention to detail, professionalism, and hard work they put into everything really shows. My yard went from looking plain to something I’m actually proud of now.
They were reliable, showed up when they said they would, and made sure every little thing looked perfect before they finished. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and their customers.
If you’re thinking about getting your yard done, don’t hesitate!!!! This is the team you want. The difference it makes to your home is incredible, and I’ve already had people asking who did my landscaping!!! Makes me so happy and especially with spring/summer making its way.

Truly awful experience with these crooks and liars. Contracted for full season of snow removal service. Same terms as previous reviews, snows overnight should have been removed by 7AM, that never happened, not even once. After a particular January snowfall they didn’t show up for 3 days, we couldn’t open up for visitors because there was no way to get into the building, and our postal carrier couldn’t deliver our payroll. Instead of bringing the appropriate equipment two of their “workers” showed up with $5 plastic shovels, gave up after 10 minutes and went to the liquor store across the street. Their plow driver showed up drunk on multiple occasions, drinking an alcoholic tea, while plowing snow across our neighbor’s sidewalks. There are numerous senior citizens in our neighborhood who rely on us to keep our sidewalks clear so they can get to the supermarket or pharmacy. That couldn’t happen till we hired someone else to complete the job Green’s Landscaping and Services purposely left unfinished. All we got were excuses, I had to contact our credit card company, because the partial refund they PROMISED to return to us, you guessed it, never came…. just more excuses. Buffalo is the City of Good Neighbors, any company who takes advantage of a small not-for-profit, puts the community at risk by operating heavy equipment while intoxicated, and leaves the most vulnerable members of our community without a safe way to obtain food and medicine doesn’t deserve our, or your, business. They’ll probably just change their business name so they can continue to rip people off, but the owner, NOAH GREEN, can’t run from all the problems he’s created. Stay far far away from this awful person and whatever “services” he’s offering, you won’t get them.

This review retraction was blackmail, if I didn’t retract he wouldn’t clear the snow as contracted. He never came unless I called several times, and always with excuses. See the Molly Gittens review below, 100% true! This is a retraction of my negative post, considering his truck issues, his crew showed up and did a good job clearing a difficult packed snow sidewalk! A+ to both of them.
