delivered a 3 yd of triple sifted natural mulch , was very timely, and seems to be a good product.

Five Points Framing did a masterful job reframing an almost 40 year old beloved watercolor painting - they gave it new life again! We enjoyed working with them.

Fantastic for bulk purchases like top soil/compost or stone work for the garden. Associates are very helpful and friendly. Great prices too.

Lud is reliable and does excellent work. I've used Lud's Landscaping for many years now and am always satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend them.

Follow-on: Mark, if you don’t want my small ($5000) job just say so! Don’t do this passive-aggressive “sure 2 weeks out works” dance of “ok ok” then say “you’re pushing too hard” when I try to confirm specifics. What’s wrong with you guys? 🧐😳

I really wish I could give this business a better rating. First, there was a great deal of confusion over the cost of the product I was looking to purchase - a simple 16"x16" concrete paver. One worker gave me one price ($40ea) and another worker gave me a different price ($15ea). These very same pavers are $4ea at Lowes and Depot.
I don't expect Lud's to be quite that competitive in their prices, but guessing at prices that are 4x and 10x more? I just can't help but feel I was ripped off, and my requests for a response on the matter have gone unanswered. Unfortunate because I really wanted to support this local, neighborhood business.

For the last five years, I have hired Lud's for snow cleanup and summer yard cleanings. They are consistently unreliable. Several times, they have confirmed service for cleanups only to cancel last minute, when there isn't time to work out another solution. I do not recommend working with them.

I recently had my front and back yards done by Lud's. They were prompt with the estimate, which was much lower than the competition. The work was everything I hoped for. The work was done neatly and quickly by courteous professionals. My neighbors love what Lud was ably to do to our yard.

Superior products. Professional service and advice. Excellent selection.

Lud is an extremely creative landscaper. He has beautiful stone you can pick out to add that special look to your landscaping ideals.

As I lay face down on the asphalt, my arm in a storm drain trying to scoop out a dozen baby ducks I was approached by Scott of Luds landscaping. ‘What’s going on?’ he asked. There’s ducks in the storm drain and i cant reach them. With out a hesitation Scott used his condor like wingspan and scooped out the remains ducks one at a time.

Thank you for your compassion Scott. If the landscaping is done with a fraction of the care you showed those babies your yard will be a majestic wonderland.

Super friendly, helpful and Ultra convenient with inexpensive delivery to your house! Mark and Forest were great helps. Here is a before and after of a narrow walkway that kept flooding due to broken concrete that we could not pull out cuz it had adhered to both houses foundations

Unfortunately, we lost all our 20' arborvitae's in the blizzard of 2022. Lud tried to save them but couldn't - for many reasons. When I arrived home later that day, everything was gone and cleaned up as if they were never there!!! Thank you....

July 19, 2024. This is another review of O'Donnell Landscapes' work at my house.
Ron and his crew of two came to remove 19 degraded Junipers and install 17 new Vibernum bushes that are now serving as a screen in our back yard.

The bushes are beautiful, each installed at just the right distance from it's peers. You can tell they are professionally installed. I couldn't even come close to this level of quality.

Ron and team went beyond that necessary to make the yard look gorgeous.

Highly recommend O'Donnell to any considering them for landscaping. Andy Ryan

I can't think of enough superlatives about the work that Tim O'Donnell Jr and his team of 3 did today at our home in West Seneca. Today, they trimmed over 50 trees and bushes, added weed control and added fertilizer. They pay careful attention to all the details - big and small. It looks first class. This is probably the 5th year I have asked Tim O'Donnell to send a team over for Spring spruceup. My neighbors always ask me who does your yard, and I proudly tell them T. O'Donnell Landscaping. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would. We just wrapped up a two-tier hardscape project that we could not be more pleased with. Our experience started with the designer, Matt whom is wise beyond his years. Matt was incredibly patient, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He handled us with so much grace, despite us being a big pain. Now let's talk about the team that did the project. Marty, Tom and Joe were such a pleasure to have here that we were actually sad to see them go. T. O'Donnell has written on the side of their truck "treating your property like our very own" and we witnessed that first hand. These guys went over and beyond in every aspect of this project. They also showed up when they said they would, never once did you see them slacking off and did an absolutely fantastic job. Marty communicated every nook and cranny of this project with us and never deviated from what they told us. These guys are the best of the best. They literally made our dreams become reality, without even a hint of imperfection. I highly recommend them for any project. They just gained a lifelong customer. Thank you so much for everything!

We were looking for a functional patio and some landscaping. Matt was amazing and worked with us on design ideas for both. He incorporated all of my ideas and addressed any concerns I had and designed a gorgeous space. Marty and crew were absolutely the best. Polite, punctual, friendly, clean and efficient. They worked so hard every day they were here. All our neighbors complimented their work ethic. We are finally able to enjoy our backyard, it is now functional and beautiful!
