They did super good work on my beds which I had neglected during the spring ,I usually have it done in early spring but neglected to do it this year.By the time summer arrived my flower beds were lousy with weeds. As I'm no longer a young man the job was to much for me.I have used this service for several years.Do yourself a favor and call them, you'll be glad you did.Landscaping for less has always done work beyond my expectations.

They are a great group of people. They work hard and get the job done. Cleaned up my yard and hauled away the grass, tree limbs etc. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience working with Landscape for Less on my grandparents backyard. The property had severe overgrowth, and I could not handle it on my own. Landscape for less completely cleared the overgrowth and restored it in an incredibly fast time. The employees were extremely kind and helpful. I can't thank them enough for the care that they took to make sure I was happy with the work and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I'd seen so many positive reviews on Nextdoor and Google, I had to check into this company for an estimate.
I was glad I did!
I had been sick most of last year and the beginning of this.
My property was difficult to keep up with, and it was a neighborhood embarrassment! (To me, at least).
Tom came and looked at the mess, especially in my back yard.
I thought his estimate was very fair considering the work that needed doing. I had been taken advantage of in the past by "landscapers" who did sub-par work at inflated prices.
Landscape for Less is a KEEPER!
Tom and Sadie are really into the tiniest details. They and the team were friendly, professional and easy to work with.
Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and with care.
My only regret is that I forgot to take a before pic, (but trust me, it was an over-grown, weed infested disaster!)
I asked them to stay in touch because as someone who's of "a certain age" with a bad back, I'll need their help to keep what they did looking as great as when they left.
It's so refreshing to find a local company who truly cares about the quality of their work and not wanting to rip people off in the process.
As a retired QC inspector for several years, it was nice to meet a company of people who shared my exacting standards without any fuss or drama.
Give Landscape for Less a try. You won't regret it...they're great to work with!
Thank you Tom, Sadie and your team😊 -
Tom & his crew went above and beyond. They are excellent to work with, and very communicative regarding their service. Thank you.

I chose Landscape for Less to dig out my backyard and replace it all with compacted gravel and a paver walkway. I'm so glad I did. I had a few estimates from other companies, but they either didn't seem to understand what I wanted, or their prices were astronomical.
Tom's communication was excellent. We were on the same page pretty quickly. His team was able to show up within the quoted time period and got to work right away. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and issues that arose were discussed before moving forward. Everyone who worked in my yard for over a week was very respectful and friendly. It was a pleasure from start to finish.
I'm really happy with the results, a yard my dogs can play in and not get muddy. No more mud in my house. A smooth path from the backdoor to the back gate. -
I received a citation from the city to cut some tall weeds, tree branches and grass that I wasent able to maintain and I was only given 3 days to correct it. I contacted Landscaping for less and they sent a team out in less then 30 minutes and the rate was reasonable. They helped reduce my anxiety as a new homeowner who received their 1st citation and they did a great job. They took care of my problem in less then a hour.

Very responsive and professional company. I sent a message through their website asking for a consultation and received a phone call the very next day. We booked it quickly and after going over the project with Tom he told us he should be able to get us in a week or two (only took a week). They did a great job and really cleaned up the area. Tom also got us some stone to rebuild the new bed at a great price. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a spring cleanup yesterday and are thrilled with the results. They did a beautiful job and even did extra weeding we didn't expect. We are definitely calling them for all our landscaping needs both spring and fall.

Thomas, Sadie and the whole crew were excellent from start to finish. They removed large old dying bushes and then amended the soil and used a rototiller to prep the bed for the new plantings (the way it should be done).
They helped the design the new garden and I appreciated that that brought a few extra plants to try out to ensure I liked the end product. They were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I will use them for spring cleanups and future projects. I would highly recommend Landscapes for Less. -
Tom and Sadie as well as the entire crew were very professional. They were prompt and in contact the entire time. Work was top notch, they did an amazing job for my budget. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Landscapers for less came through completely changing how we look at our yard.
Bought a house with concrete and rocks all over the yard, landscapers for less and the team provided quality persistent work, the team is easy to work with and very friendly greeting our dog each morning.
We could not be happier with the service and how we now look at our new space. -
I'm very happy with my new landscaping! Call now for a free consultation with Tom. After almost 18 years of keeping a nice yard, I'm not able to keep it up anymore with my schedule.
From the moment Tom showed up to discuss what I was looking for, to Amanda who was an excellent communicator with scheduling, to the hard working and kind crew...they have my full endorsement.
No more getting ghosted or wondering if a company will show up. Landscape For Less will and you will have a fantastic experience and wonderful end product:-) -
From beginning to end, Landscape for Less was an excellent company to work with for transforming our backyard. Tom and Sadie responded quickly to come over and provide an estimate. Tom gave an accurate timeframe and he stuck to the scheduled date, even when the weather turned bad. His communication was stellar throughout, so we knew what to expect.
We had parts of the grass that were gone from a rock patio and tree that had been removed as well as lots of weeds but the biggest issue was that of pooling water in our yard. I expressed that grading was very important and that we wanted to avoid the pooling water and get a better slope away from the house.
When the crew came over a period of three cold, drizzly days, they worked carefully to remove all existing plant material, with Sean even removing a big root ball of an old bush that had been cut down. They redistributed and spread dirt and new soil to grade properly and then finally lay down new sod. There was another area (not pictured) in which they did all the same and spread weed-preventing fabric along with gravel which will make that area much easier to maintain.
These folks really care about a job well done and I couldn't be happier with the job they did and the entire process of working with them. Every step of the way, they were communicative, kind, hard-working, and punctual, and I would whole-heartedly recommend their work to anyone. -
Any time you hire a contractor you want three things: good work, good price, and good interaction. These folks excel at all three. I hired them for a very large landscaping/grading job that involved 6,000 sq ft of sod, 40 yards of top soil, and a huge amount of manual labor. I am very pleased with the results. I plan to use them again in the future, and to recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Made a huge difference in our backyard tying our new shed together and cleaning up a very overgrown corner. Love the look and the additional privacy it will give us and Tom and team were a pleasure to work with! Will seek them out for future landscaping changes for sure.

We have used Landscape for Less for the last 3 years for different projects. They are super quick to respond, do great work at a quality price. I highly recommend them for your Landscaping needs. We have had flower beds built, spring clean up and major weed removal from an alley behind our home done with them. Our parents have also used them and were extremely satisfied.

We had several estimates but something told us to trust Tom and Sadie. We are so glad we did because they started the job on time and delivered exactly what they said. We had a large pool landscape project completed by them and their team. Our lawn prior was pretty destroyed and we faced a major grading issue after the inground pool install. They paid special attention to not only meet/exceed our expectations but also cleaned up after everyday and you would not even know they were here. The job itself turned out fantastic and was exactly what we were looking for. Any questions we had they were always a phone call or text away to answer them. These days it can be hard to find a company that provides good quality/customer service but they are an exception because they care about their work, business and what the customer wants. Already planning my next project with them!

First I will say I chose Tom and Sadie for the vibes, I felt heard and communicated with. And the end result is that I have a yard where previously I didn't so I am content.
That being said if I were to chose them again it would be with new knowledge and with many more questions. They were my first big home investment and I've learned several things in hindsight that I will share here so maybe some other young new home owner can avoid my mistakes.
When provided with an estimate, I shouldn't have accepted a few scribbled words and a conversation with a large difference between low and high end. I should've asked for something itemized. As such I did not really know how much the project was going to cost, just that it'd be between 8-14k. Also I did not have a clear idea of the scope of work they were promising to do. When the total came to the high end of that, and I asked why. The question was rebuffed with the fact that it was inside the estimate and i realized that without a itemized estimate or even more detailed one that highlighted what would've made the project costs go up or down i really didn't have any understanding to argue. I should've held my ground and requested an itemized invoice. After I have now worked with several contractors, I know this is not an absurd ask but is instead very common practice that protects them and me. In hindsight, I should've also asked about warranty in the regards to the hardscaping. This is something less common but would still have been nice to know ahead of time.
Now I have posted the before and after photos, as well as a few after shots almost a year later where a portion of the sod didn't take and how the weed-proof region is in fact more like weed-deterred.
Again, I know I made mistakes in my ignorance; I know what I have is better than what I had. But after a year of reflection I still feel vaguely unsatisfied with the level of transparency and understanding. Hopefully anyone who reads this can take steps to feel otherwise in their own work. Thank you. -
I had several landscapers give me quotes. Tom came out and we had a discussion on what I was looking for and I really didn’t know exactly what we wanted but we wanted simple. Tom gave me a few ideas and we went ahead with his proposal. It took longer for them to get to my house than originally discussed but that is understandable for any contractor. It’s the nature of the beast.
Tom’s crew went above and beyond of our expectations. They raked out the front yard, which wasn’t originally discussed and cut down some rose of Sharon’s. It really felt like they truly cared about their craftsmanship and you don’t find that a lot in today’s world.
Very appreciative of tom and his crew. Will definitely use him in the future if something arises.
Thank you -
I hired Lanscape for less after having two overgrown trees and shrubs removed to re do my front landscaping and am super happy with the job they did.
Tom and Sadie gave me a more than fair estimate and came back on time in a week and surpassed my expectations with the job there crew did.
Me and the wife wanted a simple clean low maintenance look and they delivered with a Japanese maple and stones where the bed meets the driveway to boot!
I’m attaching before and after photos and definitely will recommend this company to friends and family and have them back for any other services needed.
