Buffalo Lawn & Pest does and excellect job, making sure all areas are covered. We haven't had a pest problem since we started using them.

I am very pleased with the service that I have received thus far this season. It is important to me that you are able to also provide a phone call the day before service is proformed since I do have a visiting dog on the premisis a few days a week. Keep up the great work!!!

We have used Buffalo Lawn & Pest Control for three years or so. Their prices are the best, and our grass looks better than ever. We don’t like harsh weed control, so they spot treat if requested. We also get perimeter pest control for ants and spiders. Again, the best price for perimeter pest control. All lawn care businesses are not the same - they promised greener grass and we have greener grass. Grass that withstands our hot summers. Highly recommend Buffalo Lawn & Pest Control.

I prepaid online to get core aeration services done in the fall of 2025. I continue to get invoices for the service despite numerous requests to close my invoice as “paid”. I also received confirmation that the account was settled (screenshot attached).

Great service all summer long — Alex P is outstanding as our technician. Very thorough in explanation of services, and efficient when he comes out. Would recommend Alex & Buffalo Lawn + Pest services for any lawn treatment needs.

Today was our first service from Buffalo lawn and Pest Services. The technician, Alex, listened to our concerns and made sure he addressed them. We hope to see Alex at our next service. He did a great job!

Inconsistent. When a service tech is aware of someone watching the job is good. If they think no one is watching, the service is much different. Not as consistent , poor results.
I called several times to voice my concerns. No one ever came out and speak to me. I would not recommend this company

We have been customers of Buffalo lawn and Pest, utilizing both lawn and pest services, for several years. Communication via phone, email or website is quick and easy. As a result of their professional manner, prompt service, friendly and informative communication, reasonable rates and the results of a healthy lawn we will continue to remain customers and encourage others to give them a call.

It was my second year having this company for my lawn maintenance.
My dog was sick and having to go to the bathroom every hour, I called days in advance to cancel the treatment, nobody returned my call and they still sent someone and sprayed the lawn.
This was a big deal because instead of letting her out in my backyard, I now had to get dressed, put a harness and leash on and go take her down the street every hour overnight to use the restroom.
Understand mistakes happen, but that was a really big one. And when I called to discuss it, I was basically told it’s not that big of a deal, the lawn signs were just required by NYS they it’s not really that serious and the dog should be able to go on the lawn.
I took a lot of pictures too, and the lawn service looked nothing like last year, there were weeds everywhere to the point where neighbors had said something.
When I asked about this he said it’s basically a gamble with the weather.
I can’t imagine every year customers would pay upwards of $400 and we just take a gamble if it’s going to work or not. There should be some kind of guarantee.
I asked to speak with someone ahead of who I was dealing with, Nick, just because I feel I wasn’t getting any answers, and it’s been 2 months maybe now with no call.
I cancelled the rest of the season and the remaining balance was sent back, but it was just overall not the best experience this year with the service or customer service.

We used this business to get rid of multiple hornet nests in our yard. Oliver came out and very effectively got rid of the nests. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. We would definitely recommend them.

I love the Services you offer and the last person here was Kevin Cratsley who did a great job and looked around afterwards to make sure he applied our treatment evenly. Sorry it took so long to let you know but better late then never ( lol.) One last thing that if I had to call in for something everyone I've ever spoken to has been extremely helpful and "Pleasant"

I hired Buffalo Lawn and Pest Team mid way thru this season. I am very impressed with their services. They did a much more thorough job than the previous Vendor. To be honest they are a little less expensive and I am pleasantly surprised by what they have provided for me.
I am going to use them in 2026.
I highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased with how our project turned out. We were struggling with maintaining our front lawn. We contacted Landscape for Less and they responded immediately. The next day we received a quote and the following day they installed a beautifully landscaped front lawn. I am very grateful.

This team works quickly and efficiently. They are kind professional people that get the job done! They have been there for me 2x during this awful storm and are fairly priced! I would use them again and recommend to anybody!!

Landscaping For Less of WNY did a terrific job clearing out along our property line filled with a multitude of shrubs and roots that have been there over 40 years and removed a gnarled steel fence and huge stump it was embedded in. They also removed an over 100 year old upheaved concrete pad from a fallen tree and cleared out the massive roots and replaced the pad with a brand new concrete one. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and their very professional service and attitude. I highly recommend them for your challenging landscaping/hardscaping projects. Sincerely, Carl J. Schultz

Thomas and his crew did a great job re- grading a low spot in my backyard. Great communication and stuck to his quote and deadline. Would reccomend them for any landscape services you may need in the furure.

Thomas, Sadie, Sean and Dan did a fantastic job weeding and cleaning up our raised daylily beds. They arrived promptly and did more in 4 hours than my wife and I could do in a week. We used them several years ago to do the same thing and remove a nuisance trees in our front yard. I highly recommend them.
