Thank you for leaving a foot of snow at the edge of my driveway after I had already shoveled this morning. I didn't know plowing the neighbor's driveway gave you permission to leave it in mine. I understand that you are busy with the heavy snowfall, but it would've taken an extra 30 seconds to clear out the mess you left.

Willow Ridge landscaping has done work on our house twice now and both times have been great. The owners are very friendly and respond quickly. Highly recommend!

Willow Ridge did a good job in cleaning my front yard, but even more important, when I noticed a problem one week later they did an immediate return, solving the problem to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

My mother was trying to get the attention of a driver to ask prices or even if they could help with our driveway, and pay. The truck was across the street from us working on two driveways. Understandably, could have been swamped. But he did respond back to her, saying hi back kinda bothered, then literally peeled off!! If you’re going to respond, at least be honest, professional and polite with a quick response. I found the manner of which I witnessed, was uncalled for, and just plain rude.

We can't say enough how wonderful Willow Ridge Landscaping is. They do a great job and are very professional. We recommend them to our neighbors and friends. We will use them again.

Thank you Willow Ridge Landscaping who came out to trim all my bushes and clean my leaves for the fall. They transformed the whole look of my house. Tony and his foreman John are extremely detail oriented and professional. They even gave me some suggestions for the upcoming spring which we plan to do.

My parents were customers of Tony since the start of his business. When my father was alive there never any issues. He would even come in and talk to my chair bound father. Things changed after he passed. The policies were changed to favor the company rather than the customer. For weeks last year he did not mow her backyard. He mowed once in the month yet charged her for 4. The biggest issue we had was when one of his workers entered her backyard and urinated in her garden. This was done in full view of my 79 year old mother. We were never given any compassion or compensation over this issue. His wife treated it like it was no big deal when we called to inform her over it. We, again, hired him for plowing. He quoted my mother one price for shoveling the sidewalk and another price, almost $35 more, was charged. He needed to be called to complete the contracted services, on occasion. It breaks my heart because my family has been a long time customer and he lives just 2 blocks from my mom. I understand that he runs a business and has bills, workers and equipment to pay for but he also needs to work with the customers and put them first.

Just moved in to a new home and my front needed some curb appeal. Called up Willow Ridge Landscaping, Tony (the owner of the company) came the next day for an appraisal. I told Tony, he had free reign over the whole design of my garden bed. Scheduled me for the next week. All the shrubs he picked out are deciduous meaning they will lose leafs and flowers come fall and winter. In the spring the plants will push out new growth to regain the plant's integrity. Shrubs came from Russell's Tree and Shrub Farm. With the combination of black mulch and the color of the flowers on the shrubs, my house looks like a million dollars. I've had my neighbors from all over the block stop and ask me about it. Very please with the whole process. Big thank you to Tony, his wife Kristin, and his crew.

We have had work done by Tony on a couple of occasions. Most recently we had our back yard resodded. They are great to work with, very professional and friendly. They return phone calls almost immediately, on time for the job. When the job was finished they had everything cleaned up including the street where they had the fill dumped. We would recommend them to anyone.

I live in Willow Ridge and everyone in our community knows Tony-the owner of the company. He does work all around but I know he does a lot right in our own neighborhood. His trucks are everywhere. I can’t get out of my neighborhood without seeing him or his crew-who always give me a friendly wave. He has done great work for us putting up a slate wall out in our front landscaping, full rip-out, planting bushes, grass cutting at times, and snow plowing. He’s so friendly. We have some elderly people in the neighborhood. Tony has gone out of his way to help. My neighbor fell and the family called Tony to help her. She was just a few doors down. He sprang into action-risking his own safety. He cares about everyone about making the job complete with extra cleanup at the end for the polished look.

Tony saved the day on our landscaping! What a beautiful job cleaning our beds and edging/ mulching, all seven of our large beds.in addition after having our unground pool filled in they installed sod. They pulled up, got right to work. I am so thankful they were there to get the job done promptly. The driveway and sidewalk was spotless. This was a big job! I will be using them next year and we highly recommend them for your landscaping/ snowplowing needs.

Phenomenal customer service and work. My lawn was a mess and now it looks fantastic! Amazed at how quickly my questions get answered. The crew has been super flexible, timely and great at what they do! I’d give 10 stars if that was an option!
