As a long time customer they have treated my lawn with good results. They also try to keep my price reasonable. I also had them do my Christmas lights last year and they looked great. But as with other installers it gets a little pricey just to put up and take down. I will have to pass this year to stay on a tighter budget. Overall for my lawn, they have been great.

Can recommend this firm to maintain a healthy lawn. Their services are timed well to the weather conditions here in WNY and have proved effective in maintaining my lawn in good condition year after year. Their exterior pest control service is also effective and well priced.

I had been very satisfied with your services since my beginning with your business. This past season however has been a minor disappointment. The last two treatments for weed control were lacking. I noticed quite a few dandelions returning after the applications. I sincerely hope this improves in 2025. I also inquired about aeration and never got a return call or message regarding this service for 2024. Hoping for a better 2025.

I changed to Buffalo Lawn and Pest Services last year after being with another company for many years. From day one, they have been great! Called them about an estimate, talked to Nick. He got back to me the next day, an offer I couldn't refuse! The lawn looks great, better than ever, the guys that do the treatments are dependable, efficient and respectful to whatever your concerns. Lastly, the price is right! Don't go ANYWHERE else!

These guys are easily accessible and always do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Those things are rare in the service industry today.

Buffalo Lawn has been incredible. Our lawn was completely fried after being away for 2 weeks during some of the hottest weeks over the summer. Our lawn looked terrible. Nothing we did brought it back to life. Nick and his team completely saved it and we now have one of the most gorgeous lawns on the street!! Highly recommend!

I have had Buffalo Lawn for several years. They e mail ahead when they are coming. I prepay and the techs leave a zero balance invoice when complete. In spring when dandelions sprout, my lawn doesn't have them. They are competitively priced with other companies. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

I have been a customer for Buffalo Lawn and Pest Services for several years. I have been very happy with their customer service. They call to let me know when they are coming out to make sure they do not conflict with our grass cutting service. Anytime I call with a questions they promptly get back to me. They are always willing to answer any questions I have about taking care of my lawn.

Would love to review their actual work but, unfortunately, never got the opportunity.

Reached out in regards to a lawn project I wanted help with and spoke with a very polite service rep. They advised they would have the estimator give me a call to set up a time to come by. I received a call after about a week and a half and spoke to the man responsible for giving estimates. We set up a time for the following Tuesday.

He called me up about 30 minutes after the discussed time to apologize for being late and confirm we were still on. I, unfortunately, needed to reschedule at that point but was fine doing so - things happen and people make mistakes, after all. We then moved the day to the following Thursday of that week - same time.

On that Thursday, I didn't receive a call and he never arrived. I waited a week to see if someone would reach out and they never did.

I do my best to be kind and patient in all situations as we are all human and things happen. This encounter was incredibly disheartening and I honestly expected better, given all of the raving Google reviews. Maybe it was something I said? At any rate, I'll have to look elsewhere and, hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Doing business the first time this year. Very satisfied with the staff providing the lawn care. It is good having a local business to work with, they listen to your concerns and work to address them. Overall I approve!

I've been a customer for years. Competitive Price, very good service and helpful/informative technicians. Always responsive in the event a weed or small patch shows up. Technicians Cory & Alex will talk to explain chemical technology as well as types of weeds/family/characteristics of weeds, crabgrass, etc.
