We recently had our house power washed and gutters cleaned out by Jared, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He kept in communication with us on when to expect him, he was very professional, punctual, and meticulous with the work. He paid attention to every detail and did a fantastic job. Even was able to clean up some hard to clean spots and left over residue from trumpet vines. The house looks great and we highly recommend Jared and Transparent Property Services to anyone looking for quality and reliable service!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with TPS. Service and responsiveness were great and the end result of the work was even better than I was expecting. Jared power-washed decades of dirt and grime off of my driveway and walkways and was able to “soft wash” my porches in a way that left them looking great but didn’t remove the finish on the wood. If there’s something you need done, definitely ask, because chances are it’s something Jared can do for you.

Transparent cleaned my entire house for me and it looks absolutely incredible. The grime that had built up over the years was terrible. It looks like I got a fresh paint job. I cannot recommend their services enough, they are amazing!!! Will definitely be using them for all my needs in the future!

Gotta say, after dealing with a massive addition with a contractor that went sideways, and having to be the GC and dealing with countless different companies, Transparent is just that. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, on time, friendly, and Transparent. Price is right for having dependable people. Only thing they didn’t do is wash my gutters with soap and a sponge, which clearly no one does. My gutters are clean and clear, rinsed right down to the ground. I can’t recommend Jared at Transparent more. I will use no one else.

Still picking my jaw up off the floor. I had no clue how dirty the exterior of our house was! The before and after photos are shocking - in the best way!
