Replacement parts appear superior to what was previously in place, and all new valves turn smoothly. Tim worked efficiently, and was a pleasure to converse with. Sum great finds, but a very dirty store

Asked them to come in and do a quote on a sump pump install. They came in and said I needed to clean my downspouts. Now I removed the use of the downspouts and redirected the water so these were not in use. But they said if I cleaned these the issue would go away. After the service they then came back and said I needed a sump pump installed. They also would not issue a credit on the original work request even though they were wrong. Do not trust these people they are only out to make as much money as possible. The tech left his tools and left all my stuff he borrowed laying in the backyard... Pick up after yourself.
