The popcorn machine at the school I work for was having difficulty with the kettle. After calling action repair and providing them with the equipment information they sent Randy to provide an estimate a couple of days later. Turns out the strut lost its charge. Randy returned once the parts were in and made the repairs. Ben, who I spoke to over the phone, was upfront about charges for on site appraisal and labor costs. Both gentleman were professional and courteous. I know where to go if similar services are needed in the future.
Booked for service and no one showed up for 2 days. So prepare to keep waiting…..waiting…..waiting….still waiting

Talk about price gouging use this company a few times and this will probably be the last did a service call on a griddle had to order part and couldn't fix it now I'm stuck with the part and come to find out I look up the part will they charge me 500 for a part that's 180 dollars new man
We also had a repairman come out for a steam table repair. He told us he couldn't get the lines off and no one would be able to, we needed a new table. My son came out that night, took the lines off, and fixed it. Still using it today. Of course I was charged, for nothing. Have used them two other times, never been impressed with the knowledge of the staff.
