The popcorn machine at the school I work for was having difficulty with the kettle. After calling action repair and providing them with the equipment information they sent Randy to provide an estimate a couple of days later. Turns out the strut lost its charge. Randy returned once the parts were in and made the repairs. Ben, who I spoke to over the phone, was upfront about charges for on site appraisal and labor costs. Both gentleman were professional and courteous. I know where to go if similar services are needed in the future.

Booked for service and no one showed up for 2 days. So prepare to keep waiting…..waiting…..waiting….still waiting

Talk about price gouging use this company a few times and this will probably be the last did a service call on a griddle had to order part and couldn't fix it now I'm stuck with the part and come to find out I look up the part will they charge me 500 for a part that's 180 dollars new man

We also had a repairman come out for a steam table repair. He told us he couldn't get the lines off and no one would be able to, we needed a new table. My son came out that night, took the lines off, and fixed it. Still using it today. Of course I was charged, for nothing. Have used them two other times, never been impressed with the knowledge of the staff.

We called this company to come out to fix an oven. After paying over $500 the oven was still not repaired. They offer a 90 day warranty and when we asked them to come back out the next day for the same problem they told us that there is nothing they can do for us. I called back and spoke to the GM who was very rude and actually ended up hanging up on me. That is the type of service you will get! Much better commercial repair companies out there, don't make the same mistake we did. Plus we still have a broken oven.

Came to fix my commercial deep fryer. He didn't even know how to turn it on and off. Spent an hour reading the online instructions. Suggested a fix that clearly was not going to work. He gave up after a while and charged me $280 for showing up. Poor kid was over his head. I took an educated guess and ordered a thermostat on amazon and replaced it myself. Couldn't believe it was that easy. This company needs to take "Commercial" out of their name.

I had my commercial home oven repaired by a knowledgeable and competent repairman named Jim. He was organized and clearly determined to figure out my 50 + year old commercial oven problem-even though he had never worked on such an antique. He patiently and calmly fixed it! First person in 25 years to take the time to fix this beautiful old appliance. Very thankful and will definitely recommend this individual.
