Mann Roofing did a great job! They were there when they said they would be and called if they were running late. Reasonably priced, respectful of my property. I’ll definitely be calling them for future jobs.

If I could give Mann Construction 10 stars I would. After multiple calls for roof estimates and receiving ones from the ridiculous to the more ridiculous and many companies that didn't even bother to call back we found this company and thank goodness we did. We needed a complete tear off on our house and garage. Jeremy scheduled an appointment right away and was prompt, courteous and very professional. We were given an estimate that was very reasonable and also spelled out what extras there might be once they got down to the wood. On our scheduled day they showed up on time and went right to work. Watching this crew work was more than impressive, the way they worked and cleaned up showed what an incredible work ethic they have as well as respect for our property. Jeremy made sure to answer all our questions and even accommodated a few requests that we had while the roof was off. When he realized that we needed added materials they were immediately ordered and delivered. He advised us when he had to leave and made sure to let us know that another crew chief would be here if we needed anything. Jeremy was incredible and Adrian who took his place for a while was also a pleasure to work with. I would be remiss if I did not mention Meghan in the office who I had the pleasure of speaking with on a few occasions. I will recommend Mann Construction to everyone I know and will be asking them back to install the siding on our home when the time comes. It's raining, the roof is not leaking and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

These guys did a professional and quality job. I had five different companies come out for estimates. Out of all the estimators, Jeremy was the only one who believed me when I said the decking had deteriorated and actually went up there to see for himself (It was probably worse than we both had anticipated) The reps from the other companies acted like nothing was that bad up there or didn't go up there at all. Mann Roofing did an unbelievable amount of work in just two days. They're definitely not slackers. If you need a roof in the City, these guys are the ones to go with.

I actually Got 5 estimates because a total tear off is a big expense and stressful. When Jeremy came by to quote the project it felt different. His professionalism, explanation of what would be done was above all else , as well as the contract, which was detailed and forthright.
Mann roofing did not disappoint once they showed up on site. Their Foreman Miguel was there for any concerns I had.
I Highly recommend using them for your exterior needs. Our roof and home look amazing! They were in and out in one day!

The whole experience of replacing a roof was smooth and seamless. Jeremy was able to come out the next day when we came home to a leaking roof. He gave me a honest explanation of what we needed and how the damage was being caused. He explained everything and let us know what it would take to fix. The crew was able to come out in a very timely matter and their work was impeccable. Not one scrap was left behind, which was huge for us with a two year old constantly running around the yard. They were able to do the whole roof in one day! It looks great and now we don’t have to worry about leaks. Such a great company!

Mann Roofing did a great job, at a competitive price and went above and beyond. Jeremy told me he could save my garage as my other estimates told me to just demolish it . Mann replaced the whole roof and saved the garage. They also did an amazing job on the house. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends. Wow! I was desperate, mann roofing came right to my home within a day to give thorough estimate. The owner was very friendly, explanatory, and empathetic. The crew worked non stop they were extremely respectful of me my home my property. Not only did they have my 3,000sq ft roof done in 2days in middle of January in frigid and rough conditions! Best experience ever! Also I live in fredonia, they commuted 2hrs everytime they were at my home. 10 🌟 ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MANN ROOFING!

Had a complete tearoff of old roof that had five layers. Had to make some repairs to sub roof which was done for small up charge. They did an excellent job at a fair price and would recomend them.

Highly recommend going with Mann if you need a roof. I had them replace the roof on my garage and shed and am beyond satisfied with the results. My dad is a retired contractor so I had him come over to my house when Jeremy came to give me the estimate. My dad peppered Jeremy with questions about the job and let me tell you Jeremy definitely knows what he’s doing. He had all the correct answers. After my job was done I referred my uncle to Mann for a roof for his house and garage and he is also happy with the results. My uncle then referred his next door neighbor to Mann for a roof as well and he is also happy with the results. When it comes time for a new roof on my house I will definitely be calling Mann again.

Mann's Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. His price was reasonable, and they were very good about communicating when they were going to the job and what they were doing. They worked until about 7PM and got the entire roof done in one day. Mann Roofing was meticulous in the clean-up and did an excellent job on the roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would ask.

Jeremy was excellent. He was not pushy, but he was very thorough. He always was there when I needed him to talk to and then he wasn’t there when I didn’t need to talk to him so he was not pushy at all. Absolutely fabulous company! They just finished my beautiful blue Roof and did such a professional and perfect job. Arrived on time finished on time and goal was to ALWAYS Please, the customer …always.. no mess left no damage to landscaping absolutely beautiful blue roof! Took Care and Precision in installing. Job foreman was fabulous and the sales person ,Jeremy , walked through the job when it was finished before final payment ! I cannot say anything, but thank you so much for an incredible job. One of the best companies we have dealt with. They promised to complete the large roof within a day and they did it. The installers were very professional and gave us an impeccable service, and left after a complete clean up. Not a piece of paper or tile left for us to clean up.
