Called them for service today. Guy named Aman showed on the time it was communicated. Did end to end service of the vents. Happy with their service. Sure will call them again in future.

Left mess. Why? He had a vacuum. Thought the cleaning would be deeper. Except for main returned duct most were just vacuumed, I could have done that. Package included Unlimited vents, 1 return vent, 1 main duct, furnace check up, and dryer vent. I was charge $142.00 extra, I only have 1 main duct. My dryer was never touched. My unit was not looked at, air filter not changed.Waste of money.

Got sucked in by good reviews on Google. This was the worst experience hiring a tech for what should be a simple procedure ever. I have a page of notes I took throughout the "process".
Net result, after 2 visits and a no-show 3rd, I'm left with cleaning brush and pole stuck in the vent of my bathroom FAN (not a dryer vent - just sayin), scratched floor, bent dryer plug, dirty hand-prints all over my laundry room wall, second stuck cleaning brush/pole left behind in a dryer vent that is not used...
Please read reviews and check out reports on BBB and other sites. I failed to do my homework and I'm paying the price.

Bought a Groupon and got my fireplace cleaned by Max. He did an amazing job. I’ll call him back for my yucky air ducts. Great customer service and education on my fireplace.
