My technician Norton was very informative about all the work that was suggested for my new house and he was on time also. I was thoroughly impressed at the details that he looked at. Great service!

Max was on time, called to inform me he was 30 min out. Explained everything and was very professional and super courteous. Highly recommend him. Did a great job!!!!

This by far is the worst experience I ever had with any home company. I went with Air Duct Quad due to the 4.9 stars out of 172 customer reviews. When the technician arrived late (from another company, Duct Man), I was told that the promotion I received for $175 would not cover the cost due to the number of intake ducts that I had. This was surprising because I do not live in a large home. The sales representative, Issac told me on the phone that the price would cover my home based on the size. In contrast, the technician told me that based on the number of main/return ducts it would cost over $700 but he could do it for less by speaking with his supervisor. We negotiated a price and he started the cleaning. This should have alerted me that this was not a legitimate company. He brought in a fogging device that he said would knock off any debris/dust to clean my ducts and put it into my system for 25 min. After completing the process, I asked for an itemized list of the number of ducts and a cost breakdown but was told that could not happen. The tech proceeded to say, “so you are not going to pay me with the money I need for my wife and children”. I paid it and went online to research what he did and found out that all he performed was an air duct sanitization, not the cleaning that I paid for. My air ducts now smell moldy and the so-called cleaning made the air quality in my home worse. I have been trying to call the company to get my money back but have able to reach anyone. I suspect that my number has been flagged in some way and is preventing me from getting through. Read a BBB review with a similar incident. This company is a scam and the reviews are from two years ago. The company must have been bought by a foreign entity that is currently scamming unsuspecting individuals. The company address is at a Food lion located in Raleigh but when you call the Food lion the company does not exist at that location. Please do not make the mistake that I did and not research what is entailed with getting your air ducts cleaned. I will provide an update if I am ever able to contact this company.

My tech guy (Norton) was very efficient and professional. He arrived at the designated time and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend using them. I will be in the future.

Norton was great- kind, respectful, and hardworking. Our 3 month old is having allergies upstairs only and we think the dirty ducts are the cause. He came in and not only helped with the 1 unit I thought was getting cleaned but helped us with the whole house system (we have two units) Looking forward to sleeping In our room again with clean air!

I think Aman and Eddie did an awesome job. They were very professional. They cleaned the vents and taught me a lot about how to keep up with maintaining the vent. They were very knowledgeable and I appreciated their help.

Great experience. Norton called 30 minutes before arriving, and gave a detailed estimate before beginning the work. He was very thorough and responsive to my questions and requests. When I asked about chimney cleaning, he rearranged his schedule to clean it while he was here. The house smells so clean with clean vents and chimney!

From scheduling an appointment, to receiving a follow up call to discuss details of the services and costs to the call I received 20 minutes before the technician arrived...very thorough, polite and kind. My house is very hectic with 4 kids, a dog and 3 cats and the technician was very patient while I rearranged baby gates and blocked areas to accommodate his work space: I’m very appreciative! I could feel a huge difference in the air quality right away.

Excellent response times, called ahead the day of because he happened to have a moment to fit us in early. Arrived and got right on the project. He was not happy with our plastic dryer vent (rightly so) and issued good advice on how to correct. Happy with the outcome, will call again.

I recently experienced outstanding service from Brent who skillfully inspected and cleaned my dryer vent system and inspected our air vent system. I originally ordered the service for a cleaning and inspection from Groupon. Brent arrived on time, exhibited remarkable attention to detail, and efficiently completed the task, greatly enhancing the system's safety and efficiency. Not only was his technical expertise evident, but his willingness to share maintenance tips was exceptionally informative and helpful. This was a smooth and easy process, and I'd consider it a highly recommended choice for anyone needing similar services.

I could only choose three qualities, but responsiveness and punctuality were also great. The cleaning of carpets and furniture was efficient and affordable.

Booked them for commercial carpet cleaning at our office and it was a letdown. They missed obvious spots, the equipment looked outdated, and they left behind a wet smell that took days to go away. If you're looking for thorough, reliable rug cleaning—look elsewhere.
