    UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! I had called them based on the positive reviews I saw on Google- HUGE MISTAKE. I had an emergency with my wool runner on a Saturday and my usual company was not available until later in the week. The “general manager” picked up the phone when I called and said he could not send someone same day but would be able to have an experienced technician come out the following day, a Sunday, at 4pm. I was very appreciative and surprised to be able to be serviced on a Sunday and rearranged my schedule to make sure I would be home by 4pm the following day… At 4:30pm I tried calling to make sure they were still coming… I was told it would actually be 7pm. Then it was 6:15pm… now at 8:09pm and after multiple phone calls assuring me they would be here, no one has come. Additionally, the technician who was supposedly on his way around 4:30pm, quoted (over the phone) almost $900 for a very small cleanup job without seeing it in person. Having had my carpet cleaned many times), I questioned this with the GM (who I was also speaking to/texting separately), he immediately dropped the price for cleaning to $250 which he suggested was likely more in-line with market prices. Then they never showed after stringing me along for 2 days. Overall a terrible experience and a very unprofessional company and now I have to start from scratch and the stain has set in even more. I have had wonderful experiences with 2 other carpet cleaning companies over the past 10 years- I will stick to them from now on… BEWARE OF THE COMPANY!

    UPDATE - Despite assurances that the damage would be corrected, technician has failed to arrived for several appointments. Vendor is not responding to messages. Complaint has been filed with BBB. I seriously question the legitimacy of the reviews. This is absolutely not a professional rug service - Just a billing center that sends out inexperienced technicians. BEWARE!! The rug is in significantly worse condition than when service was first requested. Further, the service provided was not at all the service described at the time the estimate was given. Despite promises that the carpet would be repaired, technicians have repeatedly failed to show up at scheduled times. Photos are post-service.
