I had a contractor leave me hanging for over two months on a metal roof… during rainy season. My wife and I were panicking as water damage increased. James from Buffalos Best saved us from that nightmare. They got started a day after signing us - he told me it would be done before xmas, but it was done by December 10th and it looks great. These guys are top notch, and to top it all off they gave me a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend using them if you need a roof, siding, or gutters.

I am very happy with my roof. Because my house is old - 114 years old- and quite large, it became an involved process and took longer than originally predicted. The team that did the roof were all hard working. Dominic even came and took down bushes that were in the way.
I also had gutters done. Because of the weather, there was a delay in the placement of the gutters. When they were placed, I discovered that one of the downspouts was hooked to an incorrect drainage pipe when they were done, so I called Austin and the office to let them know and also advised the financial services that there would be a delay in my signing off on the completion until the downspout was corrected. Austin had the gutter people come out the next morning to correct the issue. The following day Austin came and did the final walk around and I verified with him that I could call the office if there were any problems that came up.
Everyone was notified that I am satisfied with work and that final payment could be made.

Had 3 estimates from local roofers and Buffalo’s Best Roofing had the best offer, offering us more bang for our buck. They started early morning and was done by afternoon and everything was cleaned up with no debris left! Austin, Anthony and Ryan were very attentive and polite. Answered all my questions and did exactly what needed to be done. We had a very old solar panel on the roof that was causing leaking issues in the house. They were able to take it off with no problem! I would definitely recommend Buffalo’s Best Roofing Company!

The concrete work on the carport base and driveway is nothing short of artwork. It was not, however, without some bumps in the road. They knocked out the power in my sunroom and exterior lights after plugging in and using the GFI connected to this room. After a few days and numerous phone calls I received a call from Dominic late in the day yesterday saying I will be over to take care of this. After analyzing the problem he replaced not only the faulty GFI but another one that had nothing to do with this problem. That is over and above satisfying a customer. Dominic is the star of this company. Kudos also to Autumn in the office, who handled my calls with patience and complete professionalism. I do not judge a company based on problems that occur because they always do. I base it on how they handle them and Buffalo’s Best gets 5 stars on this!

Joe gave me a fair quote, and got the job scheduled without delay. The crew worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and managed to keep everything clean and organized even while working at full speed. They were done in a day. From the initial quote, to responding to my questions to the finished roof, Buffalo’s Best was just that, the Best. We could not have been more impressed. The process was seamless. The day of the roof work, the crew came out (introduced themselves) and began the tear off. While the tear was happening, the supplies were delivered. Tarps were used for clean-up and safety. PM’s Scott and Austin were amazing checking in and answering any further questions. Over-all the process was fantastic and I would recommend this group to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Called at 8am for an ice dam on the roof that was leaking water into our newly-remodeled kitchen and dining room. Stefanie had a quote for me in minutes. And by 4:00pm Danny (the hardest working man I have ever seen) had everything done - despite the sub zero windchill. Highly recommended.

Buffalo's Best Roofing did 2 jobs for us: a roof replacement on the garage, and a more custom, labor-intensive job replacing some of the exterior decorative trim on our craftsman house (between the floors and another line a few feet off the ground), as well as 2 rotted window sills. The roofing job was completed quickly and within the agreed-upon time frame (1-3 weeks). The second, harder job, was also supposed to have been completed within 3 weeks, but almost 3 months later (after many calls to the company) the job still hadn't even been scheduled. It wasn't until mid-October, when I asked for the job to be officially canceled and the deposit refunded, that a different contractor (Pete) was engaged. Pete and Jacob started a few days later and worked diligently until the job was completed. Pete was both gracious and responsive when I asked for more attention to certain details. Pete clearly wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and I appreciated this. They cleaned up, were professional, and wanted to make things right... so despite some bumpy moments with the company, I'm giving Buffalo's Best 5 stars for a strong finish.

Let me start out I don’t do reviews in less business does a great job, where I would recommend them to my family. They started at my house when we had ice built up on our roofs. They came out and did a great job, saved us from damage. They came out a week ago Joseph there salesman gave us a great deal to have our flat roofs done and a new garage roof. The crew just yesterday came out and got it done in one day. Dominic and crew did a great job, clean up even better. First, the Salesman came out already prepared with roof size estimates based on satellite photos. After inspection of the roof and area around the house, we discussed my areas of concerns and special needs on gutter adjustment etc. after his calculations we discussed the company and the quotation. I received 5 quotes and chose to go with Buffalo’s Best competitive quote.

Once the permit was issued the roof was scheduled quickly. The crew arrived at 7:50 10 min ahead of plan. They spread protective netting around the house to protect plants etc from debris. Out with the old and up with the new.

Dominic the project lead coordinated the materials and personally took care of the special requirements. The team cleaned up, filled the dumpster and left the grounds like they had never been there.

I dreaded having to replace my roof. I did not know the company or the individuals before this. I can honestly say, I can not imagine anyone being able to do a better job!
