I recently hired Buffalo's Best Roofing to do a complete tear off and roof replacement. Price was very reasonable, work was done promptly and efficiently. Dominic took time and answered all my questions. The crew was great and very efficient.

Buffalo's Best Roofing was a tremendous experience from beginning to end. Al came out to do the assessment and did not use any pushy sales tactics and instead highlighted how much they stand behind their work and all the benefits of going with Buffalo's Best Roofing. Our roof on the house and the garage were in terrible shape and needed to be replaced urgently. Buffalo's Best was able to get us scheduled within a week of putting our deposit down which exceeded our expectations for the beginning of summer roof season. Domenic was our on site manager and he was great to work with, very professional, clear, and really took pride in the crews work when the job was finished in one day. I would recommend Buffalo's Best Roofing to anyone who is tired of pushy sales tactics and inferior jobs by other roofers. These guys are legit and their work lives up to their reviews.

I had a great experience with Buffalo’s Best Roofing. They are very well versed with the roof that I had, and did a great job with the demolition and installation of the roof. Hats off to Ethan who did the initial assessment of my roof, Autumn and Stephanie who handled payments and scheduling, and especially grateful for Domenic and his team on finishing the job in a day. They sent me updates on the condition of my roof after the tear down of the existing roof, with photos and videos of the process and cleaned the gutters and surrounding area.

I had a wonderful experience with Buffalo's Best Roofing. I had a major ice dam on my roof that had been building for weeks due the consistent extreme cold weather after a very heavy snowfall. The melt and refreeze caused the water to go through my wall and drip in my living room window. The roof is extremely high and I didn't feel safe trying to do something on my own. The very same day I called Buffalo's Best Roofing, I got an extremely reasonable quote and same-day service! The leak stopped immediately, and I was able to get my wall dried out with a fan and get a game plan together for a permanent solution. Austin was my sales rep and answered all my questions and concerns and where to go from here. Cannot recommend enough; if you have an ice dam, these are the folks that will get it sorted immediately!

Yesterday we had a new roof installed on our house. We must say the crew did a great job. They were very professional. They were on time, actually a half hour early. They started working right away. Put tarp all over so none of the old roofing fell on our gardens, bushes or lawn. They also cleared up any pieces of roofing that might have fallen near the house. The crew chief

One of the best experiences I could’ve asked for with dealing with a construction company and in an emergency situation. Everyone from who came out to look at the issue and let me know my options to the people in the office that did the scheduling to the crew doing the labor were all super friendly, knowledgeable and did everything as fast as possible. I had a semi-emergency situation with a roof leak and their crews managed to find a sweet spot in our crazy buffalo January weather to get out and make sure it got done. Communication before and after the job was absolutely incredible. Keep me posted with photos during the job as it was happening, hyper responsive with any questions I had after the job was completed. Cleaned up very well, I haven’t found any evidence on my property that they were ever there as far as that goes.

This company did a wonderful job. I’m very happy with the outcome. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the young lady I spoke with to set up the appointment for an estimate, to Anthony the salesman, the crew chief Austin, who I only got to speak to on the phone because I had a previous commitment that day and Domenic the other crew chief who came back to collect supplies and do a once over. The job was done quickly even with the high temperatures and everything was cleaned up beautifully. I have a list of other projects for the future and I’ll be sure to contact this company first.

They did a Stellar Job. Real true craftsmanship in their ability to mix quality with efficiency so well. Their crew was cleaning up every job while they were doing it, almost like individually assigned tasks made perfectly to mesh together so well which can be attributed to the hardest workers in the freezing cold knowing how to keep their warmth with performing to their highest potential, an expertise level of supervisor-ship as well as job management skills came together to make the most perfectly able to perform the job team that was done in freezing cold Buffalo, NY temperatures in the middle of January. On the job end of the perspective That business is ran like an art work I don’t want to touch or get near it because it is so perfectly orchestrated and managed already. Stefanie was a pleasure to talk to and was so helpful with scheduling everything. Gave me updates about when the work would begin, and even an advanced heads-up about weather related delays! Matt knows what he's doing and knew exactly what needed to be done. He gave us several quotes, and they have straightforward and flexible financing. (which we didn't use, but I loved that he provided a chart instead of just verbally telling me the options.) Danny did the actual repairs. He was super friendly, got the work done quickly and efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterwords. Highly recommend, highly organized, kind and efficient.
