Counter employee needs to know the product that they carry better. Said they didn't carry audible panel alarms.... I've gotten them here for years. Another guy came thru and said oh yea he wants these... And gave the guy a part number.... Granted I asked for 120v and he gave me 12vdc but I guess that's my fault for not checking before I left. Some relays will fix that I can pull appropriate power from another source

Called to see if they had the relay i needed, they had 5 in stock when i couldn't find anywhere else. When i showed up 5 mins later, the part was in will call checked out in 2 mins and back to finish the job. Great place

Called Zacher for my mistake of overloading a circuit...tracked it down... fixed in the attic that connection that was not 100% and was good to go..thank you, Adam...

Jesse came and troubleshooted why my garage had no power and replaced bad fuse I didn't know I had tucked away in a corner and explained what to do in case it happens again. Thank you!

The receptionist is rude as hell!!! She turned down my work order and no and no explanation !! she then insulted me by saying we do not work for maintenance companies... ummm did I mention we are a maintenance company ?? NO I DID NOT she just assumed! Call them at your own risk! Horrible customer service !

I called at least 10 electricians and only Zacher responded. The electrician quickly diagnosed the problem and checked to make sure everything else was fine.

i had called them about an electric problem at my business at 10:15 AM, i explained a=everything and she told me she was gonna send someone in an hour or 2.

i called back at 3:10pm and she said there isnt anybody available to send over>

REALLLLYYY?!?!?! .... 5 hours and i even had to call them or i wouldve never gotten a reply.

STAY AWAY!!!

They did a great job fixing up our insulator that popped off the house. Quick service at a great price.

Excellent work on a difficult job. Very fair price and promptly done. I have more work to be done and will call Zachar again.

The power went off in my bedroom after hours. He was very responsive, respectful, quick, reasonably priced , and walked me through everything. Would definitely refer them to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM ZACHER ELECTRIC! The owner stole money from an employee’s check that was to go to his pension and did not live up to an agreement my father and him made for a company contribution to his pension. I’m sure my dad isn’t the only one he’s scammed over the years!!

between 2 days and 4 phone calls no one ever showed up to my house to address a major electrical problem I was having. They are horribly unreliable, disorganized and unconcerned with their customers. I'll be hosting a party for my daughter tomorrow with no electricity in my bathrooms.

These guys are great. Super knowledgeable. Super friendly. Super honest. They show up on time and don’t waste time on the job. Very flexible and easy to work with. We continue to be very pleased with their service after having used them for 4-5 items.

Adam came to do routine maintenance on my generator. He gave me a full overview, answered questions and made the visit easy. He was on time and was excellent.

Zacher Electric came through for me in a Saturday night when all the other electricians were either out for the weekend or charging ENORMOUS rates just to show up. The on-call tech (Adam) took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone before I'd paid a cent. When he came out, he was fast and courteous and absolutely solved our problem (at less than half of what the other guy would have cost). THANK YOU ZACHER!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They employees are hard working people but that's where the positives end. My father worked for the company for 30 years. The owner agreed to contribute to his retirement. Well his money was taken out of his check but it was not always going into his retirement fund. The company took advantage of him and he was too sick to spend the energy fighting them for it. He has since passed and it was never rectified. Be warned you will get great electrical work but you will be supporting a company that does this to their loyal employees.
