Did such a poor job cleaning that the office ended up with mice. Then they had the nerve to leave a note for the staff that the mice were because the staff were slobs as if it wasn't their job to clean up after people. Cherry on top was when several of them were caught stealing food from the fridge and money from employee's desks. The don't even deserve the 1 Star rating.

Solid company to work for and there are opportunities to move up if you put in the work. Management is transparent with expectations and cares about the employees.

I have called this company on 3 occasion's to ask for an estimate and have not even gotten that in 3 and a 1/2 months. I would not use them

Excellent service from start to finish! Scott and Gerard were very professional and very informative about what they were doing. We were shown before and after picture’s throughout the process. The picture above is one I took from their truck in the yard. Scott even chased my German Shepherd, Bud, who snuck out the side door!! Yay, Scott!! lol!!

Great service. Carpet is over 20 years old and i would clean the carpet every 3 months with my rug cleaner, it is nothing like the deep cleaning that Stanley Steemer did. Carpet looks like new! So glad I called Stanley Steemer.

They cleaned our vents out and added a air purifier. Right away we noticed more heat! What a difference, thank you for the exceptional service!

John was amazing. He took our tile floors from old and dull to sparkling and brilliant. He was courteous, kind, professional, willing to share some tips and tricks with me and really went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and pleased with the results.

Stanley steamer sent their team out to fix the issues listed below for no extra charge. I appreciate them rectifying the situation where dirt was go left on the carpet from their previous work. More effort and time were spent this time and it shows.

While they were courteous and explained the cleaning process I was disappointed with the short amount of time and effort cleaning the upstairs carpet and stairway. The living room carpet and kitchen tiles looked clean and they spent more time on those areas. I don't understand why cleaning an area carpet was an additional cost when they didn't have to clean the carpet under it (same dimensions).

Kevin and Jordan did a great job. They were prompt and friendly. My only complaint was that the automated service didn't call or text to tell me an approximate arrival. They were professional and knowledgeable about services and products. I can't believe the difference. Our carpet was 20 years old when we moved in and after kids and pets it was in rough shape. It looks better than the day we moved in. Thank you Kevin and Jordan for the amazing job.
