So my dog ate a stick of butter and proceeded to vomit on my living room carpet all night. When I say the smell, I woke up to was eye burning, I’m not exaggerating. I booked an appointment online with Stanley Steemer at 7:30 AM and by 9:45 AM. My carpet was cleaned sanitized and deodorized by two nice gentlemen.

Chance and Faton are great guys. Very personable, knowledgable, informative and thorough. I told them I need a printed receipt for warranty purposes, and they will see to it that I get one. I will not hesitate to call Stanley Steamer in the future.

I had both floor and upholstery cleaning done. I was really impressed with my floors but not so much with the upholstery. It looked good immediately after while it was still damp, but once it dried, it didnt appear that much was removed at all. I ended up just chancing ruining my sofa and removed all the cushion covers and washed them on cold, soap only, and air dried. The covers look night and day different to what the steamer did. While I know its not a washing machine, I would have expected more dirt and residue to have been lifted from the upholstery cleaning.

I think the carpets were good though, and I'd probably use them again just for that given ease of scheduling and pricing. I didn't like being put on the spot to add the protection (which I ultimately did and now wish I didn't). I purposefully didn't select it when I originally ordered, but then they sit there and tell you that you really need to do it when they are in your home.

Note that Stanley Steemer reached out unsolicited to see what they could do to make my experience more positive. I’m giving them a star back, because I think how a company handles unhappy/dissatisfied customers says a lot about them. It’s always easy when a customer is happy, it’s not as easy when they are not.

The gentlemen were prompt, courteous and efficient. They were honest about prices and did not leave until I was 100% happy with their work- which I was - I was very impressed. They cleaned my rugs and the grout in my kitchen tile floor- the difference was dramatic. I highly recommend!

Needed my vents clean and Jordan and Brandon showed up they were both extremely friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job!! Worked fast and efficient! Kept everything clean and they both did a great job!! I'm so pleased I had this service done. I would highly recommend them for any job you need!!

Excellent service from Stanley Steemer. Technicians arrived on time and explain the job before they started so I knew exactly what the process was. They commenced to do the work cleaning and deodorizing two carpets in my rental house. They are still drying now but they look much much improved. Technicians were courteous and informative. Their use of technology to notify me of arrival time via text and sending me a receipt to my email address was also recognized. If I needed carpet cleaning in the future I would definitely book the job again with Stanley Steemer.

They did a great job cleaning up my couch. The interior is a foam type material, so they let me know that the urine probably would be soaked in, but theyll do the best they can to clean it up. I used a different company last year for the same thing and paid a little over $200 for the same job, Stanley charged me $140. I am very happy with the service and the price! Hopefully i wont need them again, but if i do i will absolutely call Stanley.

The experience was everything I wanted and more. I called this morning and they said someone could be out this afternoon. I set up for 2 o’clock appointment and they were here. They called and said they can come a little earlier. They were here by a little after one and it’s a little after two and they’re gone and my furniture looks phenomenal.

Outstanding job! He was upfront about my accent chair not getting back to the original color (white) and yet, he did! Also, super nice and very professional. He also took the time to give me a quote for upkeep of my couch (also white). I now have confidence I can keep my furniture looking new and fresh for a long time.

I am so incredibly impressed with the quality of work that Faton and Andrew performed with the cleaning of my furniture. They were both very professional and friendly. It was apparent that they were consciosous about the quality of their work and i am happy to see my furniture look brand new again.

First time user. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the 2 young gentleman that came. They were so promp, courteous, made sure I was satisfied. The guys even washed/mopped the floor in the living room at the area needing attention. Highly recommend 👌 I'm a senior alone and they made me so comfortable, it was as if we were family laughing and joking about things we find funny. Again, definitely an awesome experience.
