Great experience all around! Highly recommend. Answered my call right away, came for a quote the next day, sent the quote via text so I knew the cost and had record of it, came a few days later to do the work (Gutter cleaning) and I was able to pay via text link when the job was completed! I live via text and mobile everything, so this was easy and hassle free. Angelo was professional and did a great job too. Two thumbs up!!!

Clear Bison just completed my window cleaning and did an amazing job! Not only did Angelo show up at the scheduled time but was early. He was respectful of my property, addressed my concerns and answered alll my questions. My invoice was also adjusted when he realized my windows were not as large as was initially quoted. Angelo was very responsive in scheduling our wind service. He gave us an estimate over the phone and stayed with the price quote until the job was finished. He texted and used email to communicate which was very convenient. He does the work himself ,arrived promptly and finished in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional in his demeanor. Due to the high ratings, I was looking forward to receiving a quote from Clear Bison Cleaners. But no one responded to my voice message left for Angelo on 5/19 to arrange a time for a quote.

Reply to response - I appreciate your reply. It is unfortunate that it took a bad review on Google to get a response to my voice message. Had we spoke, you would have learned that I was looking for bi monthly cleaning on this particular property.

And unfortunately you have made the mistake so many small businesses make. By not responding to a "small job" request, you potentially miss out on a larger project. I am responsible for soliciting bids and awarding contracts for maintenance on a commercial property. I am a stickler for first impressions and have our windows, on 3 sides of the building, cleaned every month. When our contract with our current contractor expires this fall, I won't waste my time contacting Clear Bison Cleaners for a quote, as you don't seem to be interested in growing your business. Thank you again for your response.

OMG...he came on time, got to work and finished within 45 minutes. The gutters are clean and he made suggestions of what to do to keep them that way. Highly recommend his services!
