I have used this company on a commercial level many times and always found them to be highly competent, professional, and reliable.
I called Roto-Rooter for basement sink clog on May 16th 2025 and the service person claimed it was an issue with my main drain even though the kitchen and bathroom plumbing were working just fine. He proceeded to snake the main drain, broke some clay pipe in the process and charged me $600 for the service. After he was done, he said to wait 24 hours before using the laundry sink. We ran the laundry after 36 hours and it was still clogged. We called Roto-Rooter and they refused to come out to fix the drain issue. We had to call call another plumber and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes, it was just a small clog on the laundry sink line. The Roto-Rooter company is now just kicking the ball around the refusing to make it right. I am warning everyone to stay away from this dishonest company and I will be taking legal actions for the damage.
Needed emergency storm drain snaked called four company's and roto rooter was the only company to be able to have someone here with in two hrs.
Chris came and got our kitchen drain cleared! He was thorough, attentive to being clean, and very nice.
