We have been a service customer for 14 years and recently had our pool deck and walkways done by Drew, Craig and the B and B crew. Their professionalism, attention to detail and design options were superb. Our pool area looks luxurious and beautiful.They far exceeded any expectations we may have had. We are clients for life!

As has been the case for the past 40 years, B and B has been wonderfully attentive to getting my pool up and running as scheduled.
The service is always professional and at a high standard.

B&B Team is exceptional. Drew Sr, Parker, Peter personal and pleasant. Two new pumps and a liner in 2018, peace of mind knowing it was done right. Mike worked late on the new pump, he was very thorough. The liner job is beautiful and seems to have stopped the old leaking. George came back and fixed a couple of things that were accidentally damaged. These guys know what they're doing.

B&B was very responsive to my phone inquiry to order a new pool cover. I was able to do everything over the phone and email, as they had done the cover 17 years ago and still had the records. The cover came in much faster, and they came and fitted it shortly after that . Great experience.

A small plastic part on my pool filter broke - and I didn't want the pool water to stagnate without chlorine and risk algae buildup waiting for the part to be shipped to me.

I've been a longtime B&B customer and when I spoke to Jeff and explained my situation, he was able to have the part sent to the store from a supplier on an expedited basis. All for a a $7 part. Until Jeff was able to help, I had called other pool companies as a backup plan and no one was able to help me.

It's that kind of service that will keep me as a loyal customer. Thanks, Jeff!

These guys are awesome and you know why? I live in St. Louis Missouri and purchased a top of the line Sundance Spa that stopped working within 2 months of ownership. Not getting answers from the dealer I bought it from in St. Louis, I reached out on the Internet, called up B & B Pool and Spa and they diagnosed the issue AND told me what to do next. And when I said can I buy the filter from you, he said, oh no, it would cost too much to ship and told me where I could buy it. Is that service or what??? My local dealer could not help but New York sure did. Thanks so much.

After calling every other pool company in the area, conversation with B&B felt the most reasonable, i.e. realistic with respect to cost and timeframe; seemed the most trustworthy -- turned out to be accurate. What they said was what we got. And the hands-on workers are really excellent.

Once we decided to install a pool, we looked into many local companies and decided that B&B was the best fit for our project. Derek worked with us every step of the way- from initial design to execution. We couldn’t be happier with our pool- it’s exactly what we envisioned. Everyone we’ve encountered at B&B has been wonderful- courteous and professional. We highly recommend B&B.

I selected B & B to build my pool and provide weekly service primarily because Drew Bagin, Sr. assured me that when his company installs a pool you remain a priority. And I am pleased to state, that this has absolutely been my experience for 15 years now! The service has been continually prompt and efficient going out of their way to accommodate. On Thursday, 5/26/16 I needed a part that had to be ordered and somehow they got it and replaced it on Saturday so that my Memorial Day would go on as planned! All staff members have always been polite, courteous and considerate. It has been a pleasure. Looking forward to the next 15 years.

B & B pools is absolutely spectacular! Craig Bagin is the man! In my spa buying experience, he helped me the entire time! His delivery people were off the charts, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. This is the place for all your aquatic needs!

I have no idea why anyone would want to deal with any other pool company than B and B. I just picked them out of the Internet and boy did I win the lottery as they gave me an unbelievable deal—and thank you Vicki—plus her out of space service, including spending a couple of hours with me, which is unheard of in this day and age. And no, I did not have a relative over there— it was just blind luck. Thank you whoever owns that place for the unbelievable deal, but even more so providing me with Vicki, who spent a couple of hours over here during the set up.

Do not recommend. Our deck with built-in hot-tub project was installed incorrectly, in the wrong place and was not to the town’s building code. B&B and their subcontractor (Essence of Green) have shown zero interest in coming to fix their mistake, and we now need to spend additional time and money to apply for a variance. Not what we expected.

We planned to use B&B Pool and Spa and invested a lot of time working with them to plan the construction of our new pool and spa. As first-time pool owners, I am sure we had more questions than they might have wanted but this is a large investment and we wanted to feel we were making informed decisions. We did appreciate the consultation we got from B&B.

In November 2020, we agreed on the final modifications to include in our design. B&B committed to modifying their estimate within a few days, after which we'd enter into contract for a 2021 installation. Well, they iced us and never got back to us. At the time of this review, over two months have passed and we still have nothing from them. And, about two weeks ago, the general contractor building our home spoke to them to nudge things forward, but B&B still didn't contact us despite saying they would.

All we can do is assume B&B is no longer interested in our job. This sets us back quite a bit because we'll have to find a new pool installer and will likely not be able to have our pool constructed in 2021 as planned. B&B did not treat us professionally, and really made this a disappointing experience for us.

B&B!!! What a pleasure it's been dealing with these guys, thus far. Amazing customer service, stemming from Joaquin in the office. Marvin, the technician that came to "indoctrinate" us as the new owners of this pool, was truly fantastic. Really bright, experienced gentleman. Imparted a wealth of knowledge on us in a fairly succinct amount of time. Nice guys in the shop too. Thanks folks. I'll be referring future business your way for sure.

B & B Pool and Spa installed our pool in 2012. They did an amazing job! They open our pool in the spring, close it in the fall, and, do our weekly maintenance. They are reliable, responsive and, most importantly to me, they never make me feel like I’m bothering them. They are kind, pleasant and treat us like family. Above all, their work is top notch!!!

B&B Pool and Spa designed, built, maintained and winterized our new pool. The entire process was handled by everyone we were involved with in a very professional and knowledgeable manner from start to finish. My husband and I enjoyed watching the project as it developed. Drew, our point person, was available to answer any questions we had and was present every step of the way. We look forward to continuing our “pool”relationship for many years to come. As far as we are concerned B&B Pool is the only company you should consider for all your pool needs.

B & B built my pool 10+ years ago and has provided weekly service since installation. They provide responsive/excellent service. Just this past week, was having a problem with my Polaris, thought I would have to replace at a costly expense, but their service tech(Germaine) repaired my existing unit at a significantly lower cost. Would definitely recommend B&B.

From our first meeting with Drew Sr, wearing masks and social distancing, we knew we chose the right company to build our dream pool during this uncertain time. He kept us informed, made us feel comfortable and always made sure the work was being done in a timely manner. Our experience was nothing short of excellent and the quality of products that were used were top notch.

Also, we had our new pool training with Marvin from B&B Pool and Spa. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took his time with us, teaching us everything we needed to know. We would highly recommend him and B&B for all of your in-ground pool and spa needs.

Knowledgeable and honest people. Good selection of products in the store. They took care of a problem on their first visit that I have been dealing with for years, and couldn’t remedy; a large circular stain in the deep end.
They also replastered the pool 12 years ago and did a fantastic job.
