We hired this company for a post-construction clean after renovations on a recently purchased building. During the walkthrough, we were very clear that we needed a full top-to-bottom clean. We were told, “every inch will be touched.” That did not happen. After day one, we pointed out multiple missed areas (baseboards, tops of door moldings, doors covered in drywall dust, etc.) and were assured everything would be addressed the following day. Some was, some was not. Our painter had to wipe down doors and moldings before he could even begin. Our contractor asked if the building g was even cleaned yet. Multiple counters were untouched. Only the lowest cabinet shelves were cleaned, everything above remained dirty & dusty. The tops of cabinets were never touched and had heavy dust. There were still cobwebs in a couple corners and under counters, and even outlet tops had visible drywall dust. The carpet was vacuumed, but edges were not cleaned, there was still dust, debris, and even paperclips along the perimeter. The carpet cleaning itself showed little improvement, with stains remaining. For $2,500, this was not a post-construction clean. It was a basic surface clean, and we still had to go back and clean ourselves. We chose this company based on strong reviews, which makes this even more disappointing. I also reached out directly a couple week ago to resolve this and received no response. I would still be open to a conversation and a reasonable resolution, but the lack of communication has left us with no choice but to share this experience. So no, we can not recommend them.
