Steven's team is one of the top HVAC and mini-split installation companies in NYC. After using multiple air conditioning installers over 25 years, including three Fujitsu units at our restaurant, two suddenly stopped working. Six other technicians gave ridiculous quotes before I contacted Steven. Our initial conversation was professional, and he visited us without charging an inspection fee - unlike the others. He explained the issue with the units, said they could be repaired but would cost more than installing new ones, and noted that old units have no guarantee for repairs. I agreed to a new unit since we needed air conditioning urgently. Steven chose a new Fujitsu model with a 10-year warranty, which was a pleasant surprise. On installation day, he arrived with five technicians, who took eight hours to complete the job due to an electrical glitch. He didn't charge extra for the delay. I'll definitely use his services again and highly recommend him - thanks, Steven! The new unit is working great.
