Avoid this company altogether. The service is subpar, with a clear focus on making a profit. Be prepared to shell out $271 per year for an oil delivery contract, supposedly including maintenance for your boiler. I recently purchased a new boiler from them and was only able to schedule a tune-up weeks in advance. Despite calling twice - once in October, just in time, and again in February, too late due to their scheduling issues - they were unable to accommodate me until March, despite my contract expiring soon after. A $125 delivery fee for 98.5 gallons of oil was charged, despite the fact that this is well under the free delivery threshold of 99.5 gallons. At $4.50 per gallon, the cost isn't cheap. Don't bother with this company - find a better option, even if it means paying more upfront. The hassle isn't worth it.
He was very friendly, efficient, and mindful of keeping the house clean during his work.
I had two HVAC technicians visit to diagnose and fix my system, but they failed to resolve the problem. They unnecessarily installed insulation, which caused water to leak through my ceiling when I turned on the air conditioning. The repair cost me $566, which was never reimbursed.
