Santicraft did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel. They are attentive to detail, punctual and professional.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Santicraft Home Improvements. Santiago and Essmer listened to what we wanted to do with our kitchen and then they made it happen. Their team completed a total gut renovation of our kitchen including the installation of beautiful custom cabinets in less than 5 weeks. We love it!

Santiago and his team were excellent from start to finish. We had unfortunately been living for over a year with a kitchen that hadn't been remodeled for decades, and had no functional appliances. Santiago was able to offer us a competitive price to handle all the cabinets, a custom butcher block, sink installation, plumbing work and more. We are absolutely thrilled with the result! Everyone that worked on the project was kind, communicative, professional and a joy to work with. Santiago answered our emails and phone calls in a timely fashion throughout the entire process, including lots of back and forth regarding paperwork from our co-op. Working with him was a breeze and the results are stunning, definitely recommend!

I'm very disappointed👎👎 with the service of counting...I counted myself how many bottles I took and when I got my receipt it was much less... I told the woman and she just looked the receipt and said that the rest was garbage... People becareful and COUNT your bottles !!! Because they are stealing and lying about it... they are not being honest😡😡

The technician was very knowledgeable and honest but the problem is the time frame that they give you for their job, they say 10 to 1 and they come 1:45 or 3-6 and they show up at 7 pm so that's very inconvenient

I was heating my food in the microwave when it shut off after just a few seconds. I was impressed by the prompt response of Corona Appliance Repair. Their appliances repair technician came and checked my unit. Turned out the high voltage transformer was failing. He was able to fix the issue right away. Two thumbs up!

Affordable and dependable home appliance service. Three weeks ago, I asked Corona Appliance Repair to assist me with my laundry machine. It was very stinky. I didn’t know how to get rid of the horrible smell. The technician cleaned it for me, then taught me how to maintain it on my own.

It was annoying to hear loud noises from my dryer, so I asked Corona Appliance Repair if they could provide dryer repair that same day. They dispatched an appliance service technician right away and worked on my appliance expertly. The noise was rid of in just an hour.

This company is too expensive. Every time I use this repair service - the repair person saids it's too expensive to repair & it's not worth it. Last time, they quoted me $460 to fix a stove. I did research on the pieces needed to be fixed & it only cost $8 to $50. Given this, I called back to get a breakdown, after 4 days of back & forth - they finally advised it was $160 for 3 pieces & labor cost was $300. I requested a discount & they wouldn't budge on the estimate. I'm writing this review because I've called this company at least 4 times, and it's always the same feedback " It's too expensive to fix - you are better off replacing the appliance". Now I wonder if this was truly the case...

Update: I called a different repair business - I had the stove repaired for $140 - all in - pieces & labor . It took the technician 1 hour to fix.

My washing machine overfilled with water, but it works correctly again. Very relieved.

First time they were supposed to come they canceled because they couldn’t find parking. When they came back, the guy told us one thing and said he would come back to fix it. Then he apparently told the company something totally different and said we refused further service. Our machine is more broken now than before (now there’s a leak as well). They already charged us a service fee, but they didn’t leave me an invoice. I never leave reviews, but this was just a horrible experience.

I called for a plumber because my toilet was stopped up. They answered immediately and sent someone out a few hours later. The guy was very nice and fixed it promptly. They were very affordable and will use them again for any future problems.
