Had a tech at the door same afternoon. Friendly, sharp, knew exactly what he was looking at the second he walked in. Explained the problem, laid out the options, gave me a fair price before lifting a finger. No upsell, no pressure, no nonsense. Work was clean and quick. New unit in, old one hauled out, area left spotless. Took the time to test everything, walk me through it, and make sure I had no questions before heading out. Honest guys, solid work, fair price. He found a small pipe leak that had been slowly building up and explained it in plain language without making it sound bigger than it was. The price made sense for the work, and he told me what could wait and what needed to be handled now. That kind of honesty is a big deal to me because a lot of home repair visits turn into a sales talk. He wore covers on his shoes, kept the area neat, and did not leave tools and scraps all over the floor. Once the repair was done, he ran everything again to make sure the pressure was right and there was no more moisture building up. The whole visit felt steady, respectful, and handled by somebody who knew exactly what he was doing.

My kitchen was left clean, the drain has been running normally since, and I was not left second guessing anything after he left. Queens Plumber has been easy to deal with both times, and that is enough for me to keep their number.
