She told me "he's really busy." I still haven't received a call back. I can't imagine the poor level of communication if I chose them for my project. Hard no.
I had an appointment for Thursday afternoon, which was scheduled with Sharon on Wednesday morning. No one showed up or called on Thursday. I called them at the end of the day Thursday, and John told me it would be first thing Friday morning. I called them back at 10:30am on Friday and got John again. He told me he will get to me when he gets to me and then hung up on me. I understand that you’re busy, but don’t tell me twice that you will be at my house and make me waste my time waiting around. Don’t call these people. They’re rude, unprofessional, and you’ll never get the work done.
