Was looking for help for my pond and Dan was the man. This place is beautiful and amazing place to get plants and fish for my backyard. You can be there for hours. I only wish they were closer to Buffalo.

Our favorite nursery, we stock up on all our garden essentials and starter plants here each year. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their local honey is best, too!!

This year we put a koi pond in , and never knew what we were doing! My pond turned green, my fish died.... until I went here and spoke with Dan who was EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE and helpful!!!! I use Masterson's for a one stop honeybee supply store so I don't have to stock so much equipment and consumables. They are well stocked, their hours are very convenient, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They also sell garden tools and supplies along garden hardscape plants and perenials and annual plants. Their planting and landscape experience helps you accomplish all your personal gardening needs.

Not only a great place to buy native plants, seeds, and shrubs, but also a great spot to learn on how to create and maintain a beautiful garden or pond.

We took a beekeeping class. It was wonderful and very informative. Mr. Masterson is a very knowledgeable and friendly man. I'm very much looking forward to part 2 of the class. Can't wait until spring when they are up and running entirely because the store itself looks great with lots of helpful tools, books and supplies.

Erin was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I asked her. They have plenty of materials for beekeeping beginners like myself, professionals, gardeners, and it even looks like they have a good amount of chicken feed and similar products.

I will be coming back for any supplies or information I need!

I have used Masterson's for all of my pond garden needs for 20+ yrs. Thank you Dan, for assisting me with my pond pump issues yesterday! Pond is up and running again! I come here quite frequently and this is the only shop I stop at for pond supplies. Dan is super knowledgeable on creating and maintaining a healthy pond for your fish. My kids love going there, and we are always treated with dignity. Would also like to point out that Dan is true to the hobby of water gardens, and will not try to shake every penny out of your pocket . Thanks mastersons for always giving me real advice and never selling me stuff I don't need.

Great local store for gardeners and beekeepers.

Bought a succulent for 20 dollars, which is kind of steep but it was beautiful. Went to another Greenhouse and found the exact same plant (same tag/brand/company) for 5 dollars. Brought our little plant guy home and realized he had spider mites. Nice looking place, but shop around if looking for succulents, plants etc.

Purchased 2 nucs of bees, and boy were those nice full healthy nucs. I cannot believe how full they were. I have 2 supernice colonies , I am very impressed. They are also super good with their time in dispensing sound advice. I cannot say enough good about them

I haven't been in the garden center proper, as my only physical interaction with Masterson's has been to pick up my bees, but I have to say that they certainly had that occasion run really efficiently, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm certainly interested in stopping in and being able to browse around a bit, as the center is pretty good size.

The only thing I wasn't excited about was exiting from the southernmost exit from the parking lot, as it's in the 55 mph speed zone, and it was tough to get a good view to turn left and head back into East Aurora safely.

One of our favorite places to visit . Dan is always super patient with us and takes the time to answer any questions.

I love everything about Mastersons! From the intro to beekeeping class i attended, to walking the grounds. They have water plants and fish, native plants, perennials, annuals and a gift shop! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I just stopped in to drop off extra garden trays and packs, but love the fact that they reuse them!!! Everything there looks great; I need to go back.

Dan and Gordon gave us some of the best customer service I have ever had. It’s been along time since I have felt taken care of when making a purchase. Ponds experts would be an understatement.

I stopped in a few weeks ago and Dan gave me some great information to get started on digging a backyard pond along with drawing shape and measurement suggestions. Sunday we were back to buy all the accessories after digging our pond. Dan and Gordon were especially helpful in figuring out sizes of liners and underlayment and gathering all the supplies. Dan went through every piece of equipment and even put some items together so we didn't have to try to figure it out at home. He was extremely thorough in explaining how to install everything and made it easy to understand. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'm definitely a life long customer now and I'm looking forward to getting the pond all situated with plants. Surprisingly, I already had a mallard visit this morning. Looking forward to seeing what else will show up!
