Phenomenal company to work with, from sales to on-site workers to office staff professional prompt, i’m a very detailed person and it’s not always easy to find companies that do the work the way you would or to your expectations, but Aurora’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none, I would definitely hire them again. Already planning on hiring next year for some spring work, If you’re looking for a company and worried about detail or getting a great job at a fair price, I would definitely recommend Aurora Lawn Services. Outstanding work by Ashley and Rob! I had a spring clean up and then an early summer mulch and trim in my expansive gardens. My yard has never looked so beautiful! Aurora Lawn Services helped us with landscaping in a low lying area adjacent my property line. The space was relatively barren and had sight-lines to the street. John at Aurora Lawn Services worked with us on the design, integrating it into our existing landscaping and helping create more privacy for our yard. The install was seamless and complete quickly, despite the size of the job. Highly recommend!

Aurora Lawn service was a life saver, we returned home to find about 3 feet of snow in our driveway and couldn't pull our car into our drive. I had .you wife drive away for about an hour while I would clear the snow. My snow blower broke and had no way to clear the snow. In desperation I called Aurora Lawn service if by chance they could help me and they came over right away and saved my life. God Bless them!

Terrible job! My lawn was dug up for a sewer line replacement, so I needed professionals with heavy equipment. They planned to level out the lawn, removed the clay, lay down topsoil, and reseed. What a mess. The lawn is not level so a huge puddle developed in front. Seeding is uneven and grass won’t grow in the hard clay. I had to have another landscaper come in and fill the low spot. Workers were friendly and hardworking, but it was clear that the boss did not schedule the day or workweek well. They were rushed and couldn’t do their best. This was a pricey job and I did not get what I paid for. I’m stuck with a lousy lawn and I can’t afford to have it done over again. The yard used to be lovely. Disappointed.

John and Lacy came to the house to look at the lawn. They have a new plan to rectify the situation. I appreciate their concern and look forward to seeing the results. Hopefully I will be posting a great review and photos when the job is done.

We were out of town on vacation when the last two major snowfalls occurred. There was no way we would be able to get into and blow out our driveway when we got back home. We reached out to Aurora Lawn Services. They did a fantastic one-off job of blowing the snow out of our driveway and out by the road where the snow was piled up at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Wanted to wait until the first snow fall to give a review . However, starting prior to the snowfall, was the outstanding customer service provided by Lacey (our initial contact with the company).She took the time to explain the benefits of their service for snow removal. Provided me with a complete estimate, and offered me to reach out to her again with and other questions or concerns. Great first impression !
With the first anticipated snow fall, we were notified of the dispatch ! WOW ! When they arrived, they did a great job ! Plus, a friendly wave from the driver ! Exceeded our expectations !

Very attentive and great work. They have revisited my home multiple times and sometimes twice a day, especially during heavy snow accumulation within 24 hours. Love the email notifications that allow you to track ETA and which drivers are in the area at what time. Additionally, the snow never gets piled up in one area and my grass does not ruined due to their snow blower auger attachment that allows for adequate snow disbursement. Thanks for a great job!!
