Phil’s reputation in his field is second to none. We had a consultation at my home and I was extremely impressed with his explanation on the qualities of good lighting, design strategies, and most of all listening to his client. His workers were extremely pleasant, skillful, and fastidious. My wife and I couldn’t stop smiling after seeing the final results as it’s like experiencing a new house at night. This project has be efficacious and in my opinion Phil and his crew are the paragon of landscape lighting in our area.

Phil is an artist and did a beautiful job lighting my home..BUT cannot get service when a a fixture is out. Waiting over a month to get someone to come then called my electrician. This after multiple phone calls, an email, and no response. This is simply unacceptable. You are lucky if they answer the phone - they take your info but never get back to you

For the past ten years I’ve used several different companies to try to achieve the ideal outdoor lighting of my property. Two years ago I added a 50 foot bed that several companies had no idea how to give it a subtle glow. Thankfully I contacted Phil, and he immediately knew how to achieve the look I wanted! He not only managed to light my bed perfectly, but also rearranged the lighting other companies put in. Boy were they off! The difference is remarkable! Now my property is lit to perfection, and I couldn’t be happier…

I was always given a heads up via text that they would soon be arriving to clear the driveway. So nice to have a nice looking property afterwards by having the driveway snow blown rather than the mess of a plow!!

Aurora Lawn Service did a great job with our driveway during the winter. The tractor/blower worked out way better than a traditional plow service. No big piles of snow or scraped up lawn. They showed up on time like clock work. I'm definitely having them do my driveway next year. I would definitely recommend them for snow removal.

We were on the fence with idea of a snow service using "snowblowers", given we have a very long driveway and often were snowed in. Aurora Lawn Service Team has been crushing it for us this year! They tell you when they are coming, they clearly track the snow and they show up and get things done. Another part that really excites me, is that this coming spring I wont be putting grass back along 800ft of driveway!!

Prompt, dependable and professional. We were never “snowed in” with Aurora’s snowplowing service. We plan on hiring them again for the 2025-26 winter season. Highly recommended.

Great snow service with clear communication over email updates. They even did extra service at Christmas, which we really appreciated (snow wasn’t quite up to contract height but they came out anyway to make walking easier for guests).

Aurora came to the rescue for plowing when no other company or truck would. We saw their truck on a street and asked for help 3 miles away at our son's apartment which had over 4 feet of snow at the base. Quinn went right over and did an amazing job. He was friendly and did outstanding work. We were so grateful and would highly recommend Aurora for any service. I spoke with the office staff, as well, to thank them for their assistance and was amazed with the fabulous customer service.

Very happy with my aeration and seed purchase. Lacey was super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to overload me with more services / products, and kept it simple. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

We had a new garden bed designed and installed by Aurora Lawn Services in June. Lacey and John were great at communicating and were easy to get a hold of if we had any questions during the whole process. The design was perfect and the team did a great job bringing the plan to life; it’s beautiful! We are very happy with the work from Aurora Lawn and will be using them again for our next project!

Driveway snowplowing services by Aurora Lawn Care have been the best we have ever had! Dependable and thorough! We were so impressed with the plow/snow thrower they use; it gets close to the garage door and they never knick the house or trim in the process.

Professional, courteous and flexible which is truly appreciated since some areas need attention more than others. Five stars for lawn care and several other yard related services and in fact winter services. Energetic, responsive , thorough workers with good communications skills regarding property needs. They will enjoy increasing success. Glad I found them. Won't go elsewhere.

Outstanding service!! This is my FIRST experience with a plow company that was responsive, punctual, and professional. They were able to provide plowing before my early work schedule. They also use a snow blowing tractor which made the snow removal very neat. I can't recommend Aurora Lawn Services enough.

This was my second time using Aurora Lawn Services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. They recently redid the landscaping in my front yard, and it looks absolutely beautiful. The stacked stone work was done by hand, ensuring that each piece fit perfectly—showcasing their exceptional craftsmanship. During the process, they noticed a cracked concrete block on my path and replaced it without any additional charge. They also went above and beyond by reseeding the entire front lawn. Now, the grass is greener and fuller than it was before. Overall, I highly recommend Aurora Lawn Services for their attention to detail and outstanding service!

Very satisfied with Aurora Lawn Services. We used them last winter for snow blowing and this spring for yard clean up. Very professional work and outstanding communication.

The concept sounded good but I think they took on too many clients because my driveway was never made passable.

My security cameras have them arriving around three AM twice during the start of two seperate snowfalls, leaving me to clear the heavy stuff at 8 am so we could actually get out of our driveway. The third time my camera got them is when they came and cleared my driveway after I had already done it in the late afternoon. They literally did a pass on a clean driveway.

The previous plow service we hired had my driveway in perfect condition every morning and often came multiple times a day. The only time I had to shovel was to clean up my mailbox and the stuff the municipal plows left.

There was not one single time that my driveway was clear enough for us to go to work.

I entered into an agreement with them, paid the a lot of money. and ended up doing the heavy lifting myself.

When the snow eventually cleared, the equipment they used ended up throwing gravel from my driveway all over my front lawn.

My expectation for a plowing contractor is to have a passable driveway for our commute to work. They couldn't provide this for us so after calling multiple times for service when we were snowed in, we chose to cancel. The worst part is they took $350 from us while not providing us any useful service.

They had an amazing sales pitch but I feel like I threw cash away and am stuck clearing out my own driveway because mine was never made passable. I regret buying the hype and not using our previous contractor.

Next year we are going back to Bartz.

I understand weather, equipment issues, driving bans, etc, but I NEVER had a passable driveway. I never had a plow service with so many excuses either. You guys did not deliver the service that was agreed upon. Servicing a clean driveway an hour after I cleared it myself isn't service. It's nonsense.
