Came home from vacation on Jan 1st to find 4 feet of water in basement. Destroyed heating system, washer and dryer, basement walls. 1st local plumber in google search that showed was Ken's. Left frantic message. Within 15 mins "Jen" called back. She walked me through the immediate steps that needed to be taken. Knowledgeable, kind, and professional. After Water Dept shut off main water in street and restoration co removed the water, Ken was right there. Immediately diagnosed the problem, professionally repaired the problem at a reasonable cost, followed up, and showed sincere care as to the situation I was dealing with. Highly recommend them. Thank you Ken!

Kens plumbing are amazing. We have used them plenty of times. Especially Ron. They know what there doing and very knowledgeable. Very pleased. Thank you Ron for everything. And there secretary Jen is the sweetest girl. They are the best. Trust me I'm a very honest person. 💯

Ken's Plumbing & Heating responded first thing the next morning after my urgent call. He immediately diagnosed the problem, quickly and diligently worked to correct the issue and presented a reasonable bill. The service was well worth the money and guaranteed! Mario, Ken's plumbing, was excellent, professional & friendly. He explained what had to be done and how he would proceed. He was respectful of our home (drop cloth, bucket, rags to clean up, etc). He arrived on time both occasions to complete the plumbing tasks. I will highly recommend Ken's Plumbing. We have been using them for years without hesitation and will continue to do so in the future.

Don’t get ripped off by these guys. We needed to move a pipe for our baseboard heat. It was a small quick job that wouldn't take more than an hour. We were told the job would cost $600. When we said it was too expensive he told us we owed $95 for a “service call.” Which was just him walking into our house, spending 1 minute looking at the pipe and giving us a price. The person they sent was so unprofessional and rude to my husband. I wouldn’t hire this company to do a job for free.

Contacted Ken’s because My heating wasn’t going on. Two guys from Ken’s came to the call fully aware that my furnace was not going on. They didn’t even bother to check the issue before they walked out the door saying they don’t deal with electrical. Ken’s then Contracted it out to another company without Informing me. The contracted company was Viera heating and plumbing- absolute scammers. They removed the thermostat twisted the wires together and my furnace went on. Hide-site, it was just a thermostat needed. They ended up cutting wires and use scare tactics, trying to charge me about $1000. When I said it was too expensive they said they’re going to charge me for the service call $150. I then called a reliable recommended plumber and they charged for $250. It was confirmed I was being scammed by Viera. Ken’s plumbing should be aware of who they contract out to. I was so disappointed in the service of Ken’s.

I’ve lived in East Meadow for 25 years… Used over a dozen plumbers… Ron from Ken’s Plumbing is by far the best plumber I have encountered. I will stick with them as they are the best and most reliable my highest recommendation.

Had original old metal pipes in my basement that were beginning to rust and look wet. Called for a an appointment for an estimate and was not looking forward to the price! I also needed an new shut off valve for an outside water spicket and a new wax ring on my toilet. The price quote was unbelievably reasonable and they were able to do all that.the work same day. I am so relieved it's complicated and so thankful for the great quote and excellent service. I will use Kens for all my plumbing needs. They are GREAT! Thanks again!

I had very good result using Ken's Plumbing. Ron and Gerry were pleasant and obviously quite knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived on time and left my home clean and much improved with no more running toilets and a beautiful new kitchen sink faucet installed and functioning perfectly. Will absolutely be calling them again in the future!

This was a very good experience. Spoke with Jenn at the office she was very polite and professional.. they arrived 2 hours after my call.. This is very hard to find these days. I've had a lot of plumbing work done over the years this was quick clean and efficient. I will add it was a bit pricey.. However, you get what you pay for. ..I got a great job and id do it again to get this quality of work and quick service .. besides being professional and polite ... nothing was a problem . I don't like when trades come into the home and immediately it's going to be hard or a problem and they have you in a spot. That's not what I want to hear.. just do it, and they did ...thank you so much gentlemen..

I always call Ken’s for my plumbing issues. They always respond quickly if I leave a message. They come on time when scheduled, charges are reasonable- no surprises. Everyone that has come has been very polite and never leaves a mess. I have never felt uncomfortable having them in the house. Work has been completed in the estimated time and I haven’t had any problems with any of the work afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Choosing Ken's plumbing was the smartest thing I've done. Everyone I had contact with from Jen, on the phone, to Ron and Jerry who came to my home, were kind and professional. I had a couple of things that required fixing and they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Definitely placed in my contacts for any future plumbing issues!

They did a good job finding a leak, cut some sheetrock from the ceiling and installed a new piece of pipe, Seems to have done the job. Professional, clean, timely. BUT very expensive.

Ken the business owner arrived at my home within the time frame promised and immediately diagnosed several issues with my kitchen plumbing. After discussing the issues with me he repaired the plumbing problems with my kitchen sink. Very professional and the repair work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and is now better than the original install. I would highly recommend this plumbing service as we have had them in our home for other repairs over the past year. Price was not cheap but not exuberant. Excellent work for a fair price.

We’ve been using Ken’s plumbing for years. Today I had a guy come to fix a faucet for the shower. He came earlier than the lady on the phone said he would and my sister was in the shower. She was about to get out but he said “I don’t have time for this I have a wedding” he stormed out and was in our house for 30 seconds.

Ken’s plumbing was my best choice. The plumber was neat, respectful, on time and informative. He explained want was needed to do the job,.pricing was reasonable.

Ken’s plumbing gave good efficient service on my slow shower drain and shower head replacement. They came when scheduled. I would definitely recommend their service. Ken’s is not the cheapest but worth it.

Ken's Plumbing is my "go to" for any issues in my home. Don't trust a handyman or an unlicensed plumber because in the long run you make develop issues costing you more. At Ken's they are always polite (returning all calls left on voicemail) and the teams coming to the home are extremely easy and fair to work with. They stand by their work 100% and respond as quickly as they can based on their scheduled appointments. It's worth spending a bit more and having faith you are getting quality service.
