STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
the technician came to us for microwave repair, he couldn't fix it and we paid him $99, he said we need to order parts, I never heard back from them , after several phone calls, they gave me estimation and quote of $630 just to fix a microwave.
Terrible place, terrible service. They want to make money for free. Why are they in Westchester? Westchester usually has good people & good services.
Please do NOT go there, I wish I had seen yelp reviews before calling them.

I have a GE dishwasher model number GDF650SSJ0SS needs to be repaired.
It won’t start after pressing start button along with beeping sound and light flashing 3 times.

I’ve done with my homework online and was able to enter the service mode and got the error code 815 and realize the issue is with the main electric control panel.

I’ve described the situation during my phone call of making appointment.

They sent Orlando who was late for almost an hour even there is a 3-hour time frame for the appointment and won’t explain the reason for being late, instead just asked me ”do you want me to go there or not?”

Really?!

And he is very unprofessional, he doesn’t even know how to get into the service mode and won’t provide any result after his “diagnosis” unless I make the payment first.

I really don’t understand how come he can do the diagnosis without entering the service mode???

Eventually, this company send me an estimate and the result of the diagnosis is the door latch and switch needs to be replaced…

I just paid the $$$ to end this farce and sharing my experience here so you guys can STAY AWAY from it.

Great service received by Eucrton today, he was prompt professional and patient. My favorite part is that he listened intently to what my husband's concerns were then went about his business of diagnosing the issue. Although the outcome wasn't what I was expecting, it was honest. I really appreciated his candor and calm spirit!

Very reliable and friendly customer service and purchases are quick and painless. Have been doing buisness with them for over 6 years and have been pleased to do so.

5th Avenue exceeded my expectations. I had previousky called the factory authorized repair company for my Viking range and oven and they quoted me $1200 for the repair. I considered buying a new GE appliance given the repair cost, but nothing fit my space properly. A friends recommended 5th Avenue and they came and diagnosed the problem and had the new parts to install 2 days later for $335. Wow. What a much better experience regardless of the price. Scheduling, everything just worked.

The staff is very responsive and Orlando the technician was super prepared and efficient and effective diagnosing and fixing the problem with my Viking oven igniter. Not cheap but very professional.

They didn't fix my dryer but told me to have it fixed will cost just under $1000. I think they’re crooks. You could buy a new one for this price which they tried to dissuade me from doing. They also charged $150 + tax to come and give this estimate. If this is what it’s like to call a repair service, America is in bad shape!
