Service Is EXCELLENT. Both on the What and the How. Seems like you'd pay a lot more for the parts, considering the level of service; but no, their prices are reasonable too.

Needed a faucet piece i went to home depot for and a plumber shopping at home depot referred me to faucet works. He noticed i was having trouble finding the part.

These guys have all the plumbing parts you need sitting right there in stock. The counter guys are very experienced.
The store is very clean and parking is excellent.
