I do not recommend. I called him about an icemaker that was making ice but very slowly. I gave him the make model and serial number. He showed up with the icemaker, looked at the fridge, but didnt even open the icemaker cabinet and said "you need to call Whirlpool to diagnose" WHAT?? And he charged me a service call for nothing. I called another appliance repair company who came, replaced the icemaker and now we have ice. I have no idea what his deal is, but what a waste of time and money. Don't waste your time.

Oven door was jammed and would not open. My wife needed to get dinner out of the oven so I forced it open. Unfortunately it would not close all the way to a point where the oven would not run until fully closed. So next day (Saturday) I found Terry's website and gave him a call. To my amazement Terry came out only a few hours later. Terry immediately knew what the problem was and after a number of adjustments was able to get the oven door properly installed and working. Excellent work at a very reasonable cost. Terry was courteous and would have him back in the future!!!
