We hired Northside to replace our siding, provide new gutters, install a new sliding glass door, install a new window, blown in wall insulation and some roofing repair. From obtaining a quote in the beginning all the way through project completion Bryan a his crew from Northside was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and never pushy. We had one issue in the middle of the project that we were concerned about. When we brought it to Byan's attention he said with a genuine smile "Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I want to know about these things right away." and within a few hours he took care of it and completely eliminated our concerns. The crew was very neat, polite and friendly. I have never had a contractor that was so responsive and so easy to deal with. The final result is spectacular! I have already recommend Northside and in particular Bryan to our friends and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was extremely pleased with the job that Northside did replacing our roof. We knew it was going to be a tough job (cedar shake replacement with multiple layers) - but they were efficient, communicative, responsive and informative throughout the process. They were also our lowest quote, which was an awesome bonus, but we hired them for their knowledge, lengthy experience, and after many word-of-mouth recommendations!

Bryan and his team did an excellent job on my home. The project consist of siding and gutters.They were professional, friendly and kind throughout the process. I hired Northside Company to replace a roof, insulation, siding and gutters. Bryan was a great general manager and a joy to work with. He came to my home and listened to everything I said and promptly sent me a quote which I accepted. Before winter set in, he made sure the insulation and roof were completed. In early March, he contacted me again saying the siding and gutters were in and ready to be installed. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions so that I understood everything. He resolved a concern I had regarding insulation the very next day. I was pleasantly surprised! Every contractor he sent to my home was polite, professional, efficient and task driven. Perfect customer service all around. My house looks GREAT!!! Thank you so much!!

Bryan & team did an excellent job. They were quick to respond to my estimate inquiry. Completed the job in 1 day despite cooler weather. New roof looks great. Cleanup was excellent. You would not know that the crew was here and did a complete tear-off and new installation.

I cannot say enough good things about Bryan Melino and the Northside Companies. A few years ago we had them install vinyl siding on three side of our house and it looked great. Just recently we contracted with them to side the front of your house and they did a FANTASTIC job. Morgan, Bryce, and Ron were great to work with and definitely knew what they were doing. They showed up at 8:00 am and finished the job in a very short time despite the weather not cooperating at time. Bryan was at my house checking the progress everyday and answered any/all of the questions we had. Ron was able to install all of new outdoor and post lights and they came out beautiful.

I will be contacting them for my roof next year.

After getting four siding quotes, I decided to go with Northside. Two reputable vendors couldn’t promise to get the job done this year. In May, I sent in my color and siding selections to Northside; in mid-July, the job was completed. The siding technicians, Phil and Andre, did excellent work – dependable – and every evening they did a great job of cleaning up. No nails left on the driveway! After the siding was done, the gutters went up. I also had a new garage door installed - all through Northside. I’m very pleased with the new look of my home.

We wish we could give more than 5 ⭐. This company was incredible to work with. Bryan got "our vision" from the first meeting. It was clear his company would do the work. Bryan was a consummate professional from beginning to end, always checking in on the project. Morgan, who worked on the siding, was a perfectionist and his work was impeccable. I wish every contractor we've worked with was as thorough as Northside.

I had Bryan and his crew do a new siding install on my house along with new gutters (July 2018). He was very accommodating at being able to fit my job in during the busy summer months. His crew did exceptional work and were very detail oriented, you could tell this wasn't their first time doing this. The job came in on schedule and not over the estimate which was great to have. I would recommend Northside Company for any of your exterior projects!

I knew I was going to hire Northside with 5 minutes of meeting Sal. He told me I could get a few more years out of my current roof and that there was no rush to replace it. His honesty impressed me. He answered all of my questions and provided a very detailed estimate. I decided to replace the roof this year anyway. The crew was great. They were on time everyday and very careful with my property. The foreman Ron gave me daily updates and made sure the project moved along exactly as Sal had explained. The roof looks GREAT. I get tons of compliments. I have recommended Northside to several people. They are currently putting a new roof on my sisters house. I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of work. Northside Roofing Company installed a new roof and also installed siding for our home. The leadership team, which involved Sal and Bryan, were extremely professional and friendly. Their ability to show us a computer generated view of our home with new roof and siding was tremendously helpful. Their crew of Lorne, Dwayne and Andy started on time and were very friendly and did the work carefully and completed the project right on time. Our home looks beautiful and neighbors have gone out of their way to let us know how professional and kind the Northside workers were. We are extremely pleased with our home and felt we got high quality work and product at a very competitive price.

We recently had our roof replaced by Northside and could not be happier with the experience. We worked with Josh who did the estimate and oversaw the job. He was very professional and attentive. We used Northside for our full roof tear off and new roof installation, as well as gutter repairs, and were very impressed with the process and the results. Josh was our main point of contact throughout the process and he went above and beyond. Mike and Bryce were the main workers on the job and were on time every day and truly worked their butts off from start to finish. Even when the team got caught in unexpected rain, they made sure everything was fully taken care of and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Josh was there every step of the way, answered all of our questions, physically stopped by every day the work was being done, and came by after it was completed to make sure we were happy with the results. I'd recommend working with Josh and would use Northside again for any roofing or gutter needs.

I thought replacing the roof would be a very stressful event. However with Northside Roofing, it actually turned out to be quite a fun project. Robert, our salesman made our whole experience positive providing us with all the necessary information, support, suggestions and by being there throughout the project, including the installation day. Great quality of workmanship! The crew was very professional, no loud music and cleaned up at the end of the day and after the project.The whole new roof was done in a timely manner. Everything was taken care of right away. I did not want the dumpster sitting on my driveway and Robert made sure it arrives when they need it and got it removed as soon as the roof was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get their roof replaced but don’t want to deal with the hassles of pressure tactics or unexpected work ethics. We asked Northside for an estimate. They sent over Robert Licata. He was a very calm caring gentleman who took his time to explain everything about roofing. His estimate was very good. His shingles are guaranteed for 50 years. His men were excellent workers who didn’t use vulgar language and were friendly. They were able to take off the old shingles and put on the new ones in one day. Office staff was also very good. I would highly recommend them to everyone who needs a roof replacement.

Bryan and his crew did a GREAT job on our old 80s style home! Not only does the house look perfect, but they kept their word for everything they said they would do, and they completed the job well before Memorial Day weekend, as promised! Recently had a new roof installed. Great experience from the start. The project manager Josh was fantastic to work with. Work was done timely and clean up was awesome. Highly recommend!

Honest, professional and caring. And this was evident even before they started the actual work! I had a new roof (tear-off) and the gutters replaced. Their bid for the work needed proved to be appropriately competitive. Each of the two crews were punctual, hard working and clean. We called Northside for a quote on fixing an ongoing issue with a leak in our roof. They were responsive and came out within a few days of calling. They gave us a fair and honest quote for fixing a few spots and a new roof. The quote for the new roof was very reasonable so we ultimately decided to do a complete tear off of our 25+ year old roof. They were able to quickly get us on the schedule before the weather turned really bad and completed the whole job in two days! The crew was efficient and left our yard spotless. The roof looks amazing. We are incredibly pleased and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I received several estimates for a new roof in hopes of fixing a leaky window. Robert from Northside came out and he is the only one that went up into the attic crawl space to inspect the interior of the roof. The roofing materials, process and quote were throughly explained. It was a tear off and thankfully I went this way as there was rotted decking under the existing shingles, hence the leaky window. It was amazing to watch the crew come in and do their work. It was a two day job and at the end of the job you wouldn’t even know they were here. The roof and yard were spotless when completed. The estimate was higher than others but there is something to be said for someone taking the time to explain and understand the total situation, materials and process. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Northside Company.
