Contacted Northside to replace our roof. Josh was great to work with, answering all our questions, providing recommendations, and keeping in contact throughout the whole process. He also made it easy to add on another small project (replacing our shutters) and made sure it was completed at the same time as our roof. Highly recommend Northside for the professionalism and quality of work. Also grateful to the office staff who were friendly and helpful in answering questions.

I recently had a new roof installed by Northside starting with a complete tear-off and I highly recommend Northside Company based on my experience. The Northside team was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with, they finished the job in one day, and the result is phenomenal. Also, my yard afterward was completely cleaned up like they had never been here which I greatly appreciate.

Worked with Sal (sale rep) on what we needed and had alot of things that seemed very important to us and Sal explained what he would do to fix our concerns. I had my entire roof done and my roof looks awesome. They did a great job and were very efficient. Would recommend them to anyone.

We dealt with Josh ( Supervisor / Salesman ) he was very knowledgeable about roofing . He answered all of our questions and concerns plus made some good recommendations for our roof.Notified us 4 days before the job was to start.
The crew was excellent on time we had 7 people on my roof plus a working foreman Mike . The job went smooth with no issues very organized .They had a bucket scissors lift that went up to my roof for the debris then they dumped that into the big dumpster . The shingles were delivered about hour after they started . They added ridge vents plus replaced any bad wood we had. The job was estimated for one day but had to come back because of threatening rain for 1/2 a day .
The whole crew did a excellent job for us and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert and Ron from the Northside company. They were very professional, considerate and took the time to make sure I understood the whole process. Their workers were polite, and extremely hard working and installed my new roof in 2 1/2 days. At the end of each day all the debris was in a dumpster and the yard was cleaned with a magnet. This was very important as I have grand children. The customer service I received was amazing and their price was better than the other estimates I received.

I had a great experience working with Josh and his crew. He’s honest, easy to talk to, and clearly a hard worker. The team did excellent work, were respectful of the space, and cleaned up thoroughly. I felt really well taken care of throughout the process. Their pricing was by far better than other estimates I got. I’d be glad to work with Josh again and definitely recommend them.

Northside Company did the siding on our house and replaced the gutters. They started on time and in the coldest part of the winter only missed 1 day, but more than made up for it by working a few weekends. The crew (Morgan and Bryce) were fun, friendly, and professional from start to finish. During our initial sales meeting, Brian said he would be out to check on the work daily and he did just that. We couldn’t be happier with the new look of our home and the overall experience. We would highly recommend Northside Company for siding and roofing.

I first hired Northside to do siding and was delighted with it, gave the salesman a $100 tip, scheduled the window project next, and then the siding started falling off the house within four months. One can't help but wonder how contractors like this stay in business! They did fix the siding, but they will not fix the window. I worry a lot about future problems with the siding. Go with contractors that know their trade, as there are excellent contractors in this area. In the meantime, I'll keep checking on my cheap siding job.

An amazing experience from the beginning when our salesperson Bryan came out and actually sat with us. He had a picture of the house so we could see different options. When he gave us an estimate everything was broken down so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He said it would take about 2 weeks to side it and that’s what it took. Lauren and his crew were awesome, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We’ve been wanting to reside our house for a long
time. Now that it’s done the investment was definitely worth it.

I would 100% recommend Northside Company! Northside completely transformed our home with new siding. Bryan was a pleasure to work with from first coming to my home to give us a quote, and still is responsive to my calls after the project was finished when I had a follow-up question. They offered beautiful 3-d renderings of what our home would look like with the new siding and helped in design aspects. Bryan was a no pressure salesman. He delivered on every detail promised, and finished the project with no unexpected costs, and on the timetable he first projected.

The siders who worked on my home were very respectful, and treated my home as if it was their own. They didn't take any shortcuts, and actually went above and beyond to use extra flashing in old problem areas of my home to make sure no future problems occur. They completed the work in February. They actually worked on days I wouldn't have expected given the harsh winter conditions. A bonus: they didn't use bad language as my kids were home and could here them working as well.

All of my neighbors commented on how impressed they were with the work ethic of Northside Employees (first contractors here on the street everyday, and the last ones to leave)! I will continue to refer them, and am happy to support this local business!

I had had a roof installed by another company in April 2025, noticed a problem with the drip-edge, the installer TAB Roofing of Honeoye Falls refused to come back and standby their work. I called Northside for a second opinion. A crew came within 24 hours and fixed the problem on-the-spot. I cannot praise Northside enough for helping, having top-notch communication and a prompt visit. Thank you Northside! Highly Recommended!

Hired Northside to complete siding installation and gutter installation. Their quote was highly competitive and we were extremely pleased with the quality of work. Northside did a fantastic job with our vinyl siding. The original cedar siding was in very bad shape. They were on time, professional and very easy to work with. The dentil moldings over the window and garage were all custom made! Thanks to Bryan and his crew for their attention to detail and great workmanship, we couldn't be happier! (Northside also did our roof replacement last year).

I can’t say enough good things about Northside Roofing! I got many estimates and Northside was by far the best one. Josh came and looked things over and he was great! No long sales pitch and an estimate exactly where I wanted to be. The crew came right at 7:30 am and finished the job at 7pm. They worked nonstop, and cleaned up much better than I would have done. These guys were hardworking, very polite and so quiet! My roof looks fantastic and I’m so pleased I chose Northside to do this job. I’m definitely getting them back for other jobs that need to be done. I highly recommend this company!

I recently had my house completely resided and new gutters installed. Brian and his crew, Phil and Andre were very easy to work with. I loved the attention to detail that Phil and Andre took with the Siding installation. They wrapped my windows and installed insulation under the siding. My house looks spectacular and now I don't have to paint! Thanks guys for a great job!

We hired Northside to replace our siding, windows, gutters, and a few other ancillary items. A complete external makeover. The end result was nothing short of exceptional, as can be seen from the "before and after pictures." Bryan and his crew are obviously very well trained and experienced. We threw a few curveballs at them during the process and his team handled them all with no problems or complaints. Without exception, everyone was extremely courteous, and approachable. I highly recommend Northside for any siding, windows or roofing repairs or replacement.
