Have to take cold showers

I was working with Motti to install 4 new units. He sold us units that are loud and don’t really do a good job. The worse part is that when the units stopped working he disappeared and stopped answering the phone. When my wife called, she was told to go chase the manufacturer for the warranty. Now unfortunately we need to buy new units all over again after 3 years.
