Marc was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient and answered all my questions and also spoke to my father on the phone and explained everything to him too. Oh, he made sure he cleaned everything up before he left as well. I'm happy with the service and happy to give a 5 star review. Which is not something I normally would take the time to do.

Steven was very professional and did a great job cleaning my bathroom drain.

Toilet not functioning. I called at night and they sent a plumber within the hour. There wasn't an emergency fee. Wonderful plumber,very nice.He solved the problems quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Marc was outstanding. Very prompt. Extremely knowledgeable about houses of my type (slab) and their historical drainage issues. Completed the drain service, while explaining every step of the process. Cleaned up his workspace immaculately after the work was finished. Very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend.

They came 20 minutes after calling them, and then in one hour, unclogged the pipe, and cleaned up. The tech was very pleasant and helpful.

Peter was great ! He showed up on time just like he did last time for a different plumbing problem. Peter needed to repair an outdoor spigot. He told me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and the approx amount it would cost to make the repair and how long it would take. He finished more quickly than he estimated. He was quick and efficient. experienced. I left him alone to do what he needed to do. He did a wonderful job! I would definitely call him again the next time we have plumbing issues that need to be repaired. I rate him A+++!

I've had a series of plumbing issues lately, leading to a clogged sewer line today. The Roto-Rooter plumber showed up, assessed all the possibilities, fixed the problem and made several recommendations on future repairs and service. A very nice gentleman who was knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him.

I called the main number and received a call back within 10 minutes. The guy said he would be here 30-40 minutes. He inspected the plumbing and went to work. Within 45 minutes, they were done, and the clog was cleared. They gave me a senior citizen discount(unexpected). The job was quick and clean. This all happened on a Sunday. I would recommend this crew for all that needs plumbing. Great Job Thanks.

The whole process with Roto-Rooter has been excellent. Marc 331 is brilliant. He spent the time to not only clear up my issue-he explained everything. I now know how to keep my lines clear and running smoothly. He checked all my bathrooms and used a camera to ensure everything was clear. Absolutely a pleasure working with these guys. We had a major issue, and the guys that came were amazing. We had Sergio come to the house initially to take care of shutting everything off and ensure that no further damage was done was great. Then we had Alfred, along with Abraham come today to fix everything could not have been any better, extremely professional and friendly. They explained everything that they were going to do ahead of time and got our confirmation. Great job and thank you. The tub and bathroom sink at our 50 year old house were backed up or clogged and we chose not to address it due to family medical issues. When the pipe underneath the kitchen sink separated and was leaking, we needed to do something. A friend had a good experience with Marc at Roto-Rooter so we called and requested him. We got a message to say he was on the way, a timely arrival. It turned out to be more involved than we all expected; he patiently explained what he found and options and prices for each solution. The job was professional and we definitely will ask for him next time.
