Humberto and his team did an excellent job removing my tree and stump. I am very happy with the results and they cleaned up and restored the area perfectly. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

It is rare these days to have someone respond promptly and favorably to a request for help without assessing a charge.
A large truck had broken a low hanging branch in front of my home, blocking one half of the street. With help I was able to move it parallel to the sidewalk. However, the branch was hazardous. Employees of Crooked Oak Tree Care were a block away, actively removing an Oak tree. I approached them and asked for some assistance. I was assured by the person in charge that help was forthcoming.
After removing the fallen branch I was pleasantly told that there was no charge.
I thanked them and took a business card. I have used their services since then and have recommended them to two members of my family who were satisfied with their professional manner. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Frank was a pleasure to work with. His crew did a great job cleaning up my attic. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

My Sister and I hired this crew to clean out my Aunt’s brownstone in Brooklyn. They could not have been more professional. Four man crew came in, loaded up two trucks in 4 hours, came back the next day on time to finish the job, and deep cleaned the entire place. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I hired greenex after they were recommended by the psychologist that my mom in law uses for her hoarding disorder so was nervous but I made the call and the owner picked up and had a calm voice that made my anxiety clear up and told him about my husbands moms situation we set up a free consultation/estimate and his schedule was very flexible which was a big plus so he gave me price for the whole cleanup plus he offers deep cleaning services and carpet removal which the other company my brother got did not I did not know this service is so expensive and greenex quoted me 7200 hundred and the other company called clutter removal or something like that quoted over 10 grand ?!? So long story short we used greenex and all I can say is that I was amazed they did 7 truck loads ; ripped out rugs and cleaned to perfection thank you to the doctor who recommended them and of course greenex

People use the term 'heroes' too much these days, but this company deserves the title. They do a job that helps the helpless. They were worth every penny.

These 3 workers came on time & got straight to work. In 42 minutes they removed carpeting, padding, tacks & staples from my bedroom. They disposed of all waste, vacuumed & left bedroom clean. They're friendly & professional. I would use their services again. Great job done!!!

Great experience with GreenEx to empty out a house and basement full of a lifetime of decades-old furniture and belongings -- everything you can imagine, from bedframes and dressers down to emptying kitchen cabinets and removing curtains.

GreenEx provided a competitive quote compared to other local providers and bottom line, they were actually LESS expensive and did more than the others would've. GreenEx also went above and beyond what we were expecting with the deep-clean component. The team arrived on time and worked incredibly efficiently; there's no way we could've done half of what they did in the time they took for the entire cleanout process. They were great.

Very Good Service. They responded quickly and were able to clean my 2nd floor Long Island City apartment the very next day. They did a fantastic job, and I am glad I chose them. They worked very hard all day and cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. They got rid of the horrible tobacco odor from the pervious owners. They removed all the staples from the wood flooring that was left after we removed the carpeting. They were very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

When my sister passed away that was tough enough to deal with. The hoarding mess we found was beyond anything we expected - no amount of family and friends could have gotten this done with us. Frank and his team were considerate given we were cleaning out my late sister's home. They were also super efficient, courteous and hard working. They removed items from a 2 family house, garage and shed. When done, they cleaned the house too. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Frank, David and the team at Greenex were absolutely amazing to deal with. I hired them to help me declutter my Aunt’s apartment as she was a hoarder - was a very difficult time for me as she was sick in hosptial and I was trying to get her home as quickly as possible. The guys worked quickly but considerately - they would often find things of value and bring to my attention although I gave them the mandate to toss everything out. They did an excellent job cleaning the apartment that next day after decluttering. So much so that the neighbors in the building are asking me for their number so they can come clean their apartments. They were on time, very thorough and curtious. I highly recommend them!!!

GreenX Cleaning service did an amazing job.....I live in South Florida and my friend was in the hospital facing surgery....and knew I had to act fast... I could not leave to help him in New York. . I found this company on google and read the other reviews and was very impressed...it took one phone call and Frank said he would be at the apartment the next day to assess the situation knowing my friend would be home Thursday evening...he met our friend who lives a block away who had a key to the apartment, and knew this was an emergency and made immediate arrangements to come do a clean out. I saw the before and after pictures and it was so amazing.
this was a huge task to handle....and it was done to perfection....so if you know someone, a friend or relative who is not able to do their own cleaning up, then for sure call Frank at GreenEx Cleanout Services.....you will be pleased. Five stars are not enough!!! I would give them ten...

Within DAYS of landing into my situation, it was all taken care of from estimate to finish without any issues, interruptions or excuses. I needed to quickly and completely empty everything from a family member's home and then clean it of biologic contamination that was the result of their sudden major illness. I felt hopeless and overwhelmed and was stunned when I called on a Sunday afternoon and Frank, the owner, answered the phone. He immediately understood and addressed every one of my concerns in the most straightforward and professional manner. He was kind, and the team was thorough and nearly miraculous, despite some issues that could have discouraged anyone else from this job.

In the midst of anxiety and worry over my loved one’s situation, Frank’s 20+ yrs experience and his crew who’ve been with him an average of 10+yrs, lifted my worry of satisfying the landlord and maintaining the dignity of my family member. Very professional. Amazing job! Didn't even recognize the apartment when they were done. A little bit pricey but well worth it. Just make sure you ask for the price per day. You will be very pleased once you see the outcome!
