How 3 nice guys and a big truck changed my life.

After 20 years of pack rat behavior, my apartment was pretty full of a lot of junk. Finally it was time to change. I picked GreenEx cause they were willing to work with my schedule and my pace, and were not scared of a packed two bedroom third floor walk-up. The guys were great, friendly, patient and hard working. They respected my wishes, made good suggestions, and were careful with my belongings, taking care to spot photographs and mementos amongst the debris of 20 plus years of careless housekeeping.

They went above and beyond to clear junk, dust and dirt, and left me a much nicer apartment. Highly Recommended!

We were selling the family home and needed to get rid of 100 years of accumulated possessions nobody wanted. And the house needed a good cleaning. We had already given away items family, friends or charities wanted. The crew of four worked like mules and filled a large trash hauler truck and then cleaned the house. They paid attention to detail and asked appropriate questions to make sure we did not inadvertently dispose of an heirloom. And they total charge came in under the estimate. I highly recommend them.

I wish there were 6 stars. Frank was so amazing to work with, he listened and was honest. My mother had to go into a nursing rehab...she stopped being able to clean...and the house was dirty and cluttered a complete disaster. In one day his team transformed it - taking out decades of dirt and old furniture. I had been looking for someone to help with an infestation, clutter and mess...and his company did it all...and I loved that fact that the man in charge is the man you are dealing with on the phone! He is honest about how much it will cost and that prevents you from feeling like you are being taking advantage of at a time of great stress... super grateful that I found this company.

Frank and his team did a great job getting my Mom's house ready for sale. After living in her home for 60 years, she recently moved to an assisted living residence, leaving behind 6 decades of accumulated "STUFF". Five hours, 2 truckloads and lots of "elbow grease" later, the house has never looked better. Everyone was helpful, cheerful and courteous We'll be back in touch before the house sale is complete.

My boyfriend hired GreenEx to clean out one of the apartments in the house I grew up in.

There was a ton of old furniture, Knick-knacks and just so much Junk I've acquired over the last 30+ years.

The night before we were scheduled, we found out there might be road work on the street I lived on, and we made sure to tell Frank, the owner. He said his crew would come and they would figure it out even if they had to park around the block.

They showed up a few minutes early and thankfully we were able to secure them a spot right in front of my house.

There was a crew of 4-5 guys and they expertly removed a whole lot of stuff from my entire apartment as well as a few items outside. They listened to all direction and weren't quick to throw out anything I wanted to hang on to.

They then did a great job of vacuuming and sweeping up the dust/mess left behind. All of this was done in less than 2 hrs.

Once I organize the rest of my stuff, I'll likely hire them again to dispose of a few other things and perform a detailed cleaning.

Definitely 5-stars, would recommend them to everyone! The crew was nice, not judge-y and so efficient.

Given they took almost a truck-load, the fees were very fair!

My mom recently passed away and it was time to sell her home in Bayside, Queens. My mom accumulated 55 years of clutter and such. Our real estate broker referred us to Frank. We set up an appointment on Thursday for an estimate. Frank came timely and walked around with us. My Mom was a border line hoarder but Frank showed respect and came in with a price range and time range. We accepted and set the following Wednesday at 8:30AM as the house clean-out day.

Fast forward a week and Frank and his 4 man crew arrived a bit early which is nice for a change. Frank introduced his 4 man crew and we went through a final huddle before the work started to ensure we were all on the same page as to what to look out for (pictures, letters, etc), what little was being kept and what order to attack the rooms, etc. These 4 guys worked there butts off non-stop except for a well deserved and much needed lunch break. I never saw a team work so efficiently. I was convinced that no way could they finish in a day. At 3:30PM, they were finishing up. They even tackled the attic and bricks in the backyard which I forgot to mention to Frank.

3 big truck loads later, the entire house was cleaned out and broom swept. Frank returned for the final billing which surprisingly managed to stay within the original price range despite the extra work performed. There were no negative surprises at all and the 4 man crew plus Frank were very respectful the entire job. Amazing job done by Green-Ex.

Frank and Green Ex were superb to deal with. We had a tough situation, we looked at 20 companies like his...and then interviewed him. And he came on time, made recommendations, his attitude was great, price was fair.. and when the time came - he got the job done! I'd recommend him to ANYONE!

Frank and team were phenomenal. They cleaned years of filth in a matter of hours. They were on time, professional, sensitive, and overall didn’t miss a beat. I have very specific directions and they followed them precisely. I was anxious about the whole process and it could not have gone better. I got several quotes and timelines and they gave me the absolute best deal, and got the job done fast (as I wanted it). If you are considering a large scale cleanup for any number of reasons, I highly recommend.

I hired GreenEx to help clean my mom's home in NYC after a pest infestation problem was handled. I would first like to say that I live in Virginia, and found GreenEx after googling and reading the super positive reviews. I called and spoke with Frank and discussed the situation I was trying to help my mom resolve. Frank took the time to listen and help me figure out a solution to help my mother from a distance. He personally met with my mom at her home and provided an estimate on a deep cleaning and insight on how to better manage the space to try and keep the pests away. On the day of the service, Dave, Manny, and Lorenzo became my mom's personal superheroes. She was so happy and grateful for all their help in getting rid of all the large and damaged furniture as well as the amazing cleaning they did. You know those people in too small old and cluttered apartments? Closets with a decade or more of clothing? Its not a happy home. That old furniture that you got from your neighbor ten years ago doesn't fit your adult life .....

My graduate school apartment was full of stuff that I no longer wanted to carry through my life and the task of dealing with it seemed daunting. I was stressed out how to make a transition. Movers didn't fit the bill because I wanted to toss most of it. Cleaners didn't fit the bill because they wouldn't move everything out.

From the first call on Easter Sunday Frank was the nicest to deal with. I am skeptical dealing with service people because I've been ripped off by too many movers who up the price at the last minute when you as a customer don't have a choice but to pay.

Frank and his team are not like that. They know big jobs and life transitions are stressful and they dont add to that. Frank was 1)Friendly - he treats customers with the best customer service and care and really listens 2) upfront about the pricing. Franks Team was 1)Early for the job but not in a rush 2)Friendly and Professional 3) delicate and immensely detailed - they wouldn't miss a particle of dust! You don't have to worry about them tossing out something you want to save!

This was the best money I ever spent. Instead of back breaking work I got a fresh start. If you are moving, renovating, or just like me sick of your place I would pay Frank and his team to deal with it. New York service for suburban prices and three times more helpful than any mover or haul away service I ever worked with.

I plan on calling Frank and his team for all of my moves in the future. Unmatched clean, thoughtful service, and saves so much time money and labor it will make you surprised how easy a clean out can be.

I have an old three-story apartment building. My dad was a hoarder and the basement was a mess. Along with the usual clutter (papers, boxes of things, wood, small tools, etc.) there was a few large shop tools there (two old drill presses and a band saw). I saw that GreenEx was a highly rated company, so I gave them a call. Frank was a total pro. He came by, evaluated the job and gave me a quote the next day. His price was more than fair for the size and scope of the job, so I hired him. He came two days later and his crew worked like lightning. In the end, they removed EVERYTHING I asked them to, leaving the place clear of clutter. They even swept the floors before they left!! Great job, GreenEx!!

I called GreenEx about a week before I needed the services and Frank was extremely pleasant and helpful! David and his team came today ON TIME (5min early actually) and got right to work. They were all really nice, professional, and efficient. Franks GreenEx team lead by David has helped out my family twice now over the past 4 years. They always come prepared to work and get the job done. This is not a normal cleaning service, it's for the extreme, they walk into a disaster and make it habitable again. The crews have been professional and diligent... truly appreciated. Hope not to have to call them again but would highly recommend if you have the need.
