This place is a huge rip-off, and it's appalling they don't even know basic EPA regulations. The fact that you can buy R410a freon without a license from them is disturbing. It's especially concerning given their business model - they sell HVAC equipment and supplies, yet they're still operating despite this lack of knowledge on crucial environmental issues.

Their service covers everything needed. Just ensure clarity in communication and they'll have what's required for HVAC work.

Avoid this place altogether - their customer service is abysmal. The staff seems to have zero regard for customers, displaying a complete lack of respect. What's even more striking is that they make an effort to know your personal details, including your religious affiliation. This level of intrusive questioning is unsettling and unnecessary.
