However, what followed was a complete disaster. They destroyed the existing units, ignored crucial framing details they'd previously agreed upon, and installed the tubing on the exterior of the walls in an unacceptable manner. The result was a cosmetically disastrous setup.

To make matters worse, one of their employees started a fire while soldering without proper protection. The spray foam insulation caught fire, and they used our hallway fire extinguisher to put it out – but never informed us. I only discovered this when I noticed smoke and burned insulation.

When I brought the issues to the owner's attention, he became defensive. After a lengthy conversation, he offered a partial refund, but by then we had to bring in another company, purchase new units, and spend even more money to fix the damage.
