The process was pretty simple. They came, rolled it up, and that was it. No long explanation or anything complicated. It came back when they said it would and looked cleaner. That’s all I needed.

This company handled my viscose rug cleaning much better than I expected. The rug had stains and flattened areas from furniture. After cleaning, the texture improved and the colors looked more vibrant. Very satisfied with the final result.

With a 2 year old, urine stains and odors took over my mattress. I called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same week. I believe the technician was the gentleman who came to clean my mattress. All I can say is wow. I never thought the urine odor would go away but I can happily say he was able to get it out along with the stain. He also did some test spots on my couch and it looks so good. The technician was great, friendly, and respectful. I will definitely be making an appointment for my couches as soon as I am settled in my new home.

The owner did a great job at a very fair price. He answered all my questions, came out right away and got my couch and carpets cleaner than expected. I have white couches that my dog discovered were fun to rub against. He left his oils and hairs all over them but he got them good as new.

Reached out to about 5 carpet cleaning companies and the owner was by far the most welcoming. With it being my first time, he was very patient and informed me about possible hidden fees that other companies may add on. They had good rates compared to other companies, too. What's best is that they squeezed me in last minute. There's a patio attached to the room they cleaned where a pipe and drain had dirt and leaves fallen into. The owner was kind enough to remove that for free. Now I don't have to worry about potential draining problems.
