I have used the technician a few times now. He has cleaned my entire couch and some rugs. Always very communicative and honest. I called him to do another rug and he came out and looked at it and was honest with me saying that it may not come out the way i would like it recommended to save my money and buy a new rug. Very honest and does quality professional work. Highly recommend using him.

What a wonderful experience. I never leave reviews but am blown away by the professionalism of this company. I had an issue with my car seats and called everywhere and no one was willing to take on the project, except for this company. Exceptional customer service, reasonably priced, and very trustworthy. Top tier communication. I will use them again next time I need my car detailed.

I was told on the phone by Person 1 that I would get a free consultation, and after the in-person consultation I said I would consider—then I immediately got a harassing call from Person 2 saying I would be charged various fees. Incredibly rude and confrontational.
