I've had my trusty Mitsubishi ductless AC units replaced by Weston twice now, having bought them from a different seller that bit the dust after eight years. This time, I went with new systems boasting 12-year parts and labor warranties at a great price. After shopping around and doing my due diligence, I was impressed to find Weston delivering top-notch service from start to finish - sizing the right units, securing interest-free financing, and expert installation. Their techs are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and tidy. I'm thoroughly pleased with the experience and wholeheartedly endorse Weston for ductless AC solutions.

We had been patching up our old heating system for years when Michael came to assess the situation. He provided recommendations based on our updated needs, which led us to replace the entire setup, including two heat pumps and four indoor units. We also added a new unit in the basement that didn't have any heat or air conditioning before. The team's professionalism was impressive, with every person who worked on the house being friendly and courteous. They made sure not to leave any signs of their work after each day's completion, so it was like they were never there.

The team was happy to answer our questions throughout the process and involved us in decision-making whenever possible. We received regular updates from Joan, and everything was done on schedule without any unnecessary delays. The whole experience was seamless, with no extended waiting periods or vague timelines. Michael's team delivered exceptional service, making it easy for us to trust them with our home's heating system. I highly recommend Weston Bros..

We hired Weston Bros to install ductless splits five years ago, but things have been a mess ever since. As someone with extensive experience in the building trades, I'm appalled by their subpar service and lack of expertise.

Their installation was riddled with mistakes from the start. One unit failed due to incorrect parts, which they replaced for free under warranty. However, it's clear that their installer caused the issue, leaving Mitsubishi to foot the bill. It's a matter of poor communication between companies rather than Weston Bros' fault.

The biggest problem lies in our basement unit, where the drain hose connection consistently leaks. Initially, it was just a small flood that damaged some valuable instruments, but eventually, it became a full-blown issue. I had to wait two weeks for someone from Weston to respond, only to discover that they didn't even receive my initial call – I'd called three times.

Their service team couldn't provide a competent technician to fix the problem, so they sent another company instead. Unfortunately, this new tech was unhelpful and made things worse. The situation became so bad that I threatened to have them send someone else.

However, the second company Weston sent seemed more knowledgeable and honest. They were surprised by the installation method used on our basement unit, which turned out to be done incorrectly. The hose was reattached, and the leak stopped – at least for a year.

Unfortunately, the issue has resurfaced, and I'm now dealing with another flood. This time, the damage is more extensive, with soaked carpet, a damaged headphone mixer, and waterlogged furniture. It's unclear how much water has accumulated under the flooring, but I'll know soon enough when I start to smell mold.

Our bedroom unit has been spewing water since installation, despite having the drain lines blown out to ensure they're not clogged. The new company Weston sent was baffled by this issue, suggesting that our air handler is oversized for our room – which seems strange given Michael Weston's earlier assessment of the job.

We've had issues with both bedroom and dining room units, which are set to relatively mild temperatures. It's hard to believe that such a problem would arise in these conditions. The installation team used indoor drywall screws to secure equipment to an exterior wall, which raises concerns about rusting and potential failures.

Their install techs were courteous but seemingly uninformed about their trade. Meanwhile, the service team appears non-existent, leaving customers like me high and dry.

My initial hesitation to post a negative review was due to Weston's willingness to fix the leak and failed unit for free. However, after this latest incident, I'm fed up with their subpar service. Even now, it seems that they're only addressing symptoms rather than finding the root cause of these problems.
